Piano teacher recommendations SW London (for mum who used to play)

I'm looking for a music teacher who can help me get back in to piano playing. I used to play 20+ years ago and achieved Grade 8 but haven't played since and don't know where to start! Now I have kids I'd like to be able to play should they ever learn, and also for my own enjoyment again. I'd like someone fun to teach me but they need to be patient too as I'm sure I'll be frustrated knowing I can play but not being able to read the music or move my fingers properly to start with. And ideally I'd like to them to come to my house either on a lunchtime when the kids are sleeping or evenings (so I don't have to rely on my husband getting back from work to babysit so I can go out to lessons). Any leads much appreciated!

If you have not found any teacher yet, I am able to teach you. I am a fully qualified musician. I teach because I have two small children to look after, a 4 year old and a baby. I am in Southfields. Before the world of children and mumhood, I played in a band and recorded albums, I've performed all over London. I am also Grade 8 qualified and I have been playing for more than thirty years. I am flexible, friendly and enthusiastic. I can teach just you or your children or all of you. that's up to you. I hope to hear from you. Thanks. :)
