Op; Link me the song - I haven't heard it.

upahill · 10/03/2011 12:42

This is quite nice but if you have seen some of my other posts it is not my first choice of music to listen to.

They are popular and sound good but is not my listening preference.

Oh no - kids singing ( puke )

No wonder I hadn't heard of them

Skifit · 10/03/2011 18:26

Oh I'm sorry - I really didn't mean to be so unkind -

Yes - I have children - ( four )

I actually quite like hearing children singing - but only at Christmas

Skifit · 12/03/2011 12:55

I accept your apology. Your post was quite harsh, and did suggest to me that you had the impression that Libera were just kids singing. They are professional, trained and highly talented young men, with voices of amazing quality and ability. Yes, they are children, but by no means squeaky childrens voices. If you have children I am surprised you said what you did. Do you find it as nauseating when you go , or went to their schools to hear them sing ?

I'm afraid I do find the sound of children singing a bit nauseating - I only like listening to my own kids singing - or at a push Aled Jones ( when he was young of course - although he didn't actually sing the original Walking in the air - )

upahill · 12/03/2011 19:40

Shock Aled Jones didn't sing the original waliking in the air!!!

Are your sure?????????

carminaburana · 12/03/2011 19:48

Aled Jones didn't sing the version featured in 'the Snowman' - that version was sung by Peter Auty (St.Paul's Cathedral choirboy)
