Aaarrrgggghh - am trying to update my shuffle. My pc has been upgraded and programmes reloaded by an IT guy.
When I try to add certain songs that we have purchased it says not authorized to copy to my shuffle, think its because my pc has had problems and been wiped a few times and then windows vista reloaded onto it.
What do I do to get the songs on my shuffle? It won't even let me play certain songs on itunes as it says it can't authorize more than 5 computers? Only got itunes on the 1!
