Not surprised , if he likes his blues/jazz a bit refreshed. Matt as been touring and recording solidly for 2-3 years.

I've noticed that Matt uses matchless amps. Do you think he cranks them all the way? I don't think he can be using Texas specials with that set up . Maybe too harsh and SRV?

Am booking to see him at Bury - the nearest to me. Nice to read the exciting reviews - and seems accurate about mixing blues, funk and a bit of rock derivative.
