male singer, ballady type but not slushy, more indie type.
on a compilation, which i have no more, i was playing this song in 2000/2001.
the start is quiet, it's all quiet, melodic, guy has a soft voice but slightly gritty, young guy. at the begining and during the song there is a horn/orchestra sounding bit.
