Please can I have some advice. I had a PIP review last month and had a letter advising me their decision was higher care and lower mobility, so the same as before. Then I had a phone call saying they needed to make an appointment for another review. I told them I'd had an interview and the decision letter but they said I still need another interview but they won't tell me why.
Why do you think they won't stand by the 4 week old letter advising me of the award? My circumstances have not changed. In fact my health has worsened with cancer, mental health problems and other surgeries.
I've tried to contact Citizens Advice but can't get hold of anyone.
Im panicking as I know they will not want to increase the award. What should I do? Why make a decision and then refuse to honour it 4 weeks later?
