This is a call to arms because the more of us who respond to the proposals, the more likely the government is to listen and also try to support the people most affected by the cuts / changes.
If you scroll down the link that I have posted, there are a list of ways that you may respond to the proposals. There is also a list of specific questions the government is asking.
I hope nobody finds this patronising, but sometimes these sorts of things (understandably) make people panic.
The best thing we can all do at this point is to make our voices heard. If you have family members and support workers who help to take care of you and support you, ask them to respond too. HTH
