Muscle wastage how to build this up?

Following an accident I had a head injury and brain damage.
It was very touch and go for a while.
The result has been severe dizziness, blackouts, headaches. Am having tests for epilepsy and other things besides.
Am waiting for physio and an endless list of other interventions.
The NHS is slow. I am in constant pain.

Have gone from being active, had a good job, to spending months lying still.
Even so I tried to stretch my legs and arms.

Used to run 5k 4x a week, do yoga daily and dance.
Now I consider it an achievement if I walk around the house, rather than crawl or shuffle.
Tried a short walk last week, then couldn't walk for days.
Am in my early 40s.

Have horrible muscle wastage, particularly my limbs.
How can I build myself back up?
Machines are out because of the danger if I fall.

I need exercises I can do on the floor and aids (eg small weights, Bands) that I can use to assist.
YouTube tutorials would be useful.

Would you be able to pay for a Physio session @notdownnotout?

One of our local Uni's trains Physiotherapists and run a clinic. An assessment is £18 and lasts 30 mins. Might be worth seeing if you are close to a Uni that offers the same?
