Does anyone get PIP? I'm deaf with other disabilities and I sent off my renewal forms and evidence nearly 3 months ago but I've heard nothing. I did get a letter about a week after I posted off my forms saying basically 'don't forget to send your forms' but I ignored it as I assumed it was sent after I sent my stuff.
I'm worried now cause I haven't heard anything and I can't pick up the phone to ask. I do try text relay but the recorded message is too fast for the text relay operator (so not very accessible!). I tried an email address I found and no response either. I just want to know what the status of my application is!
How long does the pip renewal process take? Does anyone know? Has anyone got any advice on what I can do? Do I just wait?
