I have various strategies for my ADHD that work ok but PMT and ADHD I cannot deal with!
My focus goes to pot, I get bursts of energy which I spend on the wrong thing, and I get insanely irritated.
Right now I hate my entire family, everyone at work and everything is causing me rage.
I have left a bunch of things to the last minute.
Not sure what this post is for. I need some zen.
