Hello my ND beauties!
Since I am now a grown up sciency type I'm actually going to be interviewing people this autumn. I'm doing the various training modules and thinking of the sort of answers I would like to hear but has anyone else on this board been an actual interviewer or recruiter?
I'm interested to know any tips you have. I do have a panel though - there will be 3 of us and I won't be the most senior academic although it is for my (new) group.
