I have been doing some investigating over the last month or so regarding autism in females - which can be tricky to identify.

Two bits that I've found useful have been on YouTube.

this lass is very informative and gives very clear, concise information about the experience of autism. She doesn't waffle, like many youtubers do, and presents bite sized vids which are easily followed - no annoying music in the background either.

And

this lady shares a good insight description here.

A useful forum is called Wrong Planet, but it's not aimed specifically at females. They seem friendly though.

Thank you for linking that, I'll have a look next week.
I like The Jigsaw Tree on Facebook. They often share really interesting articles.

This video is amazing.
Tony Atrwood talking about aspergers in girls.
Bit rushed at the end because he's only got 30mins.

I like the older lady called "Mind of her own". Definitely identify with a lot she says plus she makes me laugh.

Sarah was featured in Professor Uta Frith's 2014 BBC Horizon Documentary about Autism.

There are some you tube clips of Sarah Hendrickx too. I saw her speaking at the BILD conference last yr, she was excellent. In fact if you google BILD conference 2014 you can find her bit through their website and also the other speakers, it was a good conference on Wellbeing and happiness!

Thanks Ineed - I also follow her on Twitter.
