Hi I am a final year design student creating some sustainable jeans for kids and was wondering if anyone would be able to answer some questions in relation to it? I am mainly focusing on children between the ages of 4 and 8.
I have attached some images and questions, Thanks.

Happy to, but would be easier if you could make the questions text so that they can be pasted into an email and answered.
Also, the image of the questions and your emails is distorting on my laptop. If you report as text I'm happy to reply via email as you request.

What is the main reason you stop using your childrens clothes (and either pack them away in a cupboard or get rid of them)?
When your children outgrow clothes what do you do with them?
On average how long would you say your childrens clothes last?

Do you ever make alterations to your childrens clothes?
Would you be willing to make alterations to your childrens clothes?

Do you repair your childrens clothing if they get damaged?
Would you be willing to repair/send off for repair a pair of your kids jeans if needed? If so which?

Would you be likely to use a feature which allows the trousers to get lengthened as the child grows.
If a pair of jeans were on the market which were natural tones (brown, or dark green) (see image 1) would you be likely to buy it? If not what colour would you prefer?

How often do you do craft activities with your children?
How much of it do you have to do for your children?
Would you let them do tings like cutting or sewing themselves?

Would you consider buying jeans which repurpose fabric for your children? To repurpose fabrics the jeans may need to be made up of a number of pieces sewn together, image 2 shows some examples of how it may look. Would jeans made from fabric like this appeal to you? Are there any issues you worry about?
If jeans had a feature which would allow you to take off the legs and use them as shorts would you? Are there any issues u may have with this?
When looking for jeans for your children what style do you normally go for? Would you like ones with decoration or prefer something plain?
Do you have any further comments on the designs attached?
