We'd like to hear your thoughts on apprenticeships - regardless of your level of knowledge. This survey is open to Mumsnet users with at least one child aged 13 to 18 and all respondents will be entered into a prize draw for a £150 voucher (from the store of the winner's choice, from a list).

Click here to complete the survey.

Thanks and good luck!

@justineBMumsnet who is this survey from? I abandoned it because it was asking leading questions and seems to have an agenda. It sounds like it's from someone like the Daily Mail and they're just fishing for stats to demonstrate that parents don't have faith in apprenticeships. It isn't a balanced survey and won't give accurate results.

I know people doing degree apprenticeships, and the lower level apprenticeships. There was a degree of ‘tea-making’ at the beginning, but that’s normal for any office junior. Like anything, there will be good companies and poor companies.

If it’s notoriously under paid or not well paid he can get away with not paying it back. Got to be earning over 24k a year I think now so I’ve never paid mine back.
