After completing the survey an error window came up saying the site was under heavy load, they were working on the problem and I should try again later. So I tried again and got a notice telling me I had already completed the survey.

Done but again could we have a deceased option for age of children. I have three children but one is dead and saying she’s 3 isn’t entirely true

Good point by a previous poster about deceased needing to be an option for age of children. Just because someone has lost a child any any age doesn't make them any less of a mother.

Agree with comment about assuming everyone that looks after young kids is the parent. Would have been better to have - guardian, rather than other. Seems a bit dismissive.

I'm also self employed and employed.
I've given birth to two children, one was adopted at birth, and 22 years later brought up one and I've fostered more than 10 children.
