Help!

Really struggling with my almost 3 year old. She gets upset about the smallest thing but then totally loses it and there is nothing I can do. She starts dictating what I should say and what I should do. She asks me to tell her shush over and over and asks me to do impossible things and then goes mad when I can't. If I am calm or if I get cross...it makes no difference. If I put her in time out she screams for ages. I am at a total loss of what to do and it is starting to affect our relationship. It doesn't help that she rarely sleeps through the night and is the same at 4am in the morning when my tolerance is even lower. Our house just feels like a battleground!

Some odd questions in this! Who do I follow? I'm 33, not 13! I don't follow anyone anywhere! Well, except my kids in soft play 🤷.
And what someone else said about the brand's question. I just wrote no idea what this question is asking!
