You need to be clearer about these types of surveys.
You stated that all who completed a survey would be entered into a draw. You do not say anywhere that it depends upon minimum numbers. It's like having a raffle and then saying well actually nobody's the winner as we felt there weren't enough raffle tickets bought.
As another pp says this is disingenuous and is not what Mumsnet stands for.
