UK MNer with a child aged 0-3 years and experience of breastfeeding? Are you interested in being a case study? £20 voucher for those selected

Public Health England (PHE) has asked us to help them find Mumsnetters who have breastfed at least one child to share their experience with the media.

They’re looking for Mumsnetters to share their experiences of breastfeeding to support a new Start4Life breastfeeding campaign by Public Health England, launching on the 1st March.

If you’re selected, you could be asked to take part in TV, radio or online interviews. Those who are selected and take part in interviews will receive a £20 voucher.

If this sounds like something you’re interested in and you’d like to find out more, please sign up here.

Thanks,

MNHQ

The survey appears to have a typo throughout! Strongly agree appears twice instead of there being a strongly disagree option

GinevraFanshawe · 26/02/2018 14:39

There’s no “Strongly Disagree” option, just Strongly Agree twice!

NellMangel · 26/02/2018 21:50

That's really sloppy, more so as it's not been corrected over last 7 hours. I'll not be participating thanks.

Hi all, so sorry about the error in the survey, and thank you very much for letting us know! Blush This has now been updated.

Hmm, not for a £20 voucher, sorry MN.x

Done.

I never take part in these surveys, but I'm very pro breastfeeding.

HellsBellsnBucketsofBlood · 27/02/2018 19:32

They would probably like me as I had one fantastic experience and one that was frankly awful... but not for a £20 voucher 🤨

UK MNer or just for those based in England?

Teabagtits · 28/02/2018 21:10

Uk =/= england

Catabogus · 01/03/2018 13:51

£20?! That seems almost insulting. I think it might have been better to ask people to take part for free, out of a desire to promote breastfeeding, rather than suggest such a small amount was an appropriate recompense.

ColdCottage · 01/03/2018 17:24

I don't think the government should have to pay us for this.

Could they add a "no fee required option"

Also I'd be happy to talk on the radio and online but not sure I'd want to be on tv. Can you opt into which media you are happy to work with?

Thissameearth · 02/03/2018 15:58

You say UK in your title but it’s Public Health England so presumably only looking for residents of England. That’s a really annoying mistake to make can you clarify it as others have already asked?
