We're looking for some feedback on Butlins from Mumsnetters who have visited in the last 6 months or so.

Butlin's is brilliant! Have been going there since 1993 after being introduced to it by my husband when were first started dating- he's been going there with his family since the 1970s.
Obviously, it's a much different place now but it still seems like a second home to us now!

Survey complete - 2nd year running for us between Christmas and new year at Bognor. Kids loved it but I'm not sure we will go back again - the accommodation is looking very tired and we had to deal with 2 dirty apartments. The pool complex was not pleasant (I know they are building a new one). The kids entertainment was great but dealing with professional queue jumpers who then hogged all the best seats wasn't!

We go here a lot, the offers make it unbeatable value and Ds adores the activities programme. We have been to them all now, but Skegness is our closest and I think the best actually. Just wish the accommodation had an over haul!

That's interesting that you think Skegness is the best camp, suckysnow, of all of them, that is our least favourite one! We prefer Bognor. Still, everybody has their own likes and dislikes, don't they?!

What's the difference between them? We are just back from minehead which I understand is the biggest of the 3. I found it clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating

We did Skegness last year and were appalled. Really dirty everywhere and the food was overpriced.

Just filled it in, we’re actually at Butlins now! Would definitely recommend the wave hotel apartments, we have 4 dc so need a lot of space to avoid being on top of each other and these apartments are lovely and spacious, very clean
