I wanted a worktop that would last despite the best attempts of 3 kids and that cost as little as possible - probably not the demographic you were after !

Oh, I'll have another bash if I'm allowed to skip the worktop questions! We are thinking about kitchens but not quite in that detailed way yet.

All done, had our worktop fitted a couple of weeks ago so very relevant. Am all kitchened out now!

Done. Have to admit that I cheated a bit with the worktop questions or gave flipant answers as I don't really have strong opinions on them.

We wanted composite but couldn't afford them in the end so had to get laminate, which are fine and there's always the option to upgrade in 5/10 years time if funds allow.

Done. Brought back memories of the stress of planning out the (not very large) kitchen - never again!
