We've got a very quick survey for you to answer - please complete the questions and add your details at the end if you'd like to be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 voucher for John Lewis. All data will be kept confidential.

The survey is open to all UK MNers with at least one child. Please click here to take the survey.

Thanks and good luck with the prize draw,

Done it, but it's a totally crap survey.

No one says 'oh I think I'll pop to that enchanting store mothercare today because it flexes to meet my needs and has values I believe in.'

No, I just go because it's close by, sells breast pads (or whatever else I need to pick up) and I've become a glutton for punishment and have learnt to become amused rather than angered by their inevitably shit customer service.

I go into Claire's accessories because it sells glittery junk that my 7 year old craves.

Wh smiths is dismal, It's sucks the joy and life out of me - no way to state that on this questionnaire

Done.

I've never been to an enchanting shop though Confused

Done. Could have done with an option for Convenient / cheapest etc. I am not enchanted by buying laundry liquid & never will be...

Nintendo games can be pretty enchanting. Can't say the same about the Co-op Grin

I have to be honest and say that these "what do you think of this brand" questions actually do my head in.

On the whole I have no opinion on any kind of brand, nor do I want to tick some random box that puts words in my mouth. I don't see brands as something that can be trusted/loved/cared about in any way. IMO the products/service speaks for itself, but even then, one experience can differ wildly from the next.

I have been on here for years now. I am on the panel. I don't mind filling in a survey here and there, but I can't remember the last one I actually got to the end of. I get that these companies want feedback, and on a specific product I would be happy to oblige...but I don't buy into "brands" therefore I find these surveys baffling.
