Gave up - I thought there really needs to be a 'don't care' answer option as well as 'don't know' on many questions.

And I couldn't answer the question in rating Samsung washing machines as I didn't even know they made them (thought it was a hifi etc brand) and that was one without even 'don't know' as an option.
