We have been asked by the team at BMI Healthcare to find out how breast cancer aware you are. This survey is open to all UK Mumsnetters or Gransnetters.

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw where two winners will each win a £150 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list). All data is confidential.

Here's the link: www.surveymonkey.com/r/MNBMI

Thanks so much and good luck with the prize draw.
