In the run up to Bumpfest, MNHQ are looking to find out more about Mumsnetters' experiences of pregnancy and birth.

Please complete this survey - it's open to all (female) MNers who have given birth to at least one child.

Please add your details at the end and you'll be entered into a prize draw where one winner will get a £100 John Lewis voucher.

hi - I have added a comments box on the survey as all comments, stories etc are welcome.

On the list of pain relief options I think we were aiming to cover the most commonly used ones mainly.

And on Q12 - those with a c-section who had pain during it are welcome to tick one of the other options on the list (and folks have done this, I can see from the data)
