Ahead of Workfest, our fab one-day event dedicated to women and work, we'd like to know your views on jobs after you become a parent.

Please take a few minutes to complete this survey - it's open to all UK MNers who have at least one child (of any age).

Everyone who completes the survey and adds their email address at the end will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £100 voucher for the store of their choice.

Here's the link again: www.surveymonkey.com/s/B33YQ7J

Thanks!
MNHQ

Done, but q8 had different answers for my 3 children and only one response allowed.

And q12 still has draft notes on it...

domesticslattern · 30/04/2015 13:22

You need to look at Q12 pronto!

AnnMumsnet · 30/04/2015 13:32

Smile thanks!
And Q8 I have added a note on.

I've just filled it in but when I submitted it it took me to a blank version of the form, so I've no idea whether it's actually gone anywhere or not.

exWifebeginsat40 · 30/04/2015 14:07

why are people still using survey monkey? it's unprofessional.

QuietNinjaTardis · 30/04/2015 14:48
Hmm
ouryve · 30/04/2015 16:04

What should people be using, exWife? Please do enlighten everybody.

OriginalHugsy · 30/04/2015 17:33

Could the heading read with one or more children, rather than with at least one child!

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 01/05/2015 22:51

Well, my responses won't make sense as it assumes you are still in the job you had before and immediately after maternity leaves. I started off answering about my current job (all positive) then the questions went on to the job I returned to after mat. leaves which was a pretty negative experience. I've ditched out and not bothered submitting it, as there's nowhere to explain.

GreenShadow · 02/05/2015 07:45

Yes, agree with others. Answers were a bit of a mix of current job and post maternity leave job.

Also, on the mobile site, every time I tried to tick a certain box on Q5 it jumped to Q15 so I had to leave it un ticked.

NewNameFor2015 · 02/05/2015 22:49

I answered, but where it says pick your top 3 considerations since having children, I chose n/a haven't returned to work, but thinking about it, I still have considerations. I didn't return to work because thoes considerations couldnt be met.

rainbowdashpony · 03/05/2015 08:00

Never felt any reason to slow down. Since having my first I was firstly promoted twice. One of these was a few months after maternity leave (only time I have ever take it as other times returned after 2 weeks). I am now in a profession that pays me double what I was paid pre first baby. We don't use childcare at present as have too many children, no family support or cleaner. Dh also works although it has took a bit of a back seat for now due to amount of children we have.

kungfupidge · 03/05/2015 09:43
