EE have launched their new Shared 4GEE plan which allows customers to save money when they share a 4GEE plan with up to four friends and family, or even with a tablet and laptop.

They have asked us to find out your opinion on all things sharing - and we don't just mean toddlers sharing their toys but grown-ups sharing things too!

The survey is open to all UK Mumsnetters with at least one child aged 18 or under.

Everyone who completes the survey and adds their details at the end will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will win a £200 voucher for the store of their choice.

Here'e the link: www.surveymonkey.com/s/M5WDLGK

Thanks and good luck,
MNHQ

I am curious - for question 15, what do you expect us to put if we are on Mat Leave? I used Other

Pascha · 30/08/2013 13:07

Blush Don't think this plan is aimed at me. Pascha doesn't really do sharing.

Done - I also laughed at toothbrush! I hope that was in to check you were actually reading the questions.

Rooners · 30/08/2013 18:39

I can't do this survey, it's rubbish.

What if you have two different children in the same vast age bracket?

How on earth do they visualise you sharing a baby's cot with a friend or neighbour? Do they mean passing it on because that is totally different.

BackforGood · 30/08/2013 19:37

Have to agree with Rooners - do they mean 'let them use when you don't have a baby, but want it back afterwards' or 'pass it on to them' or what? Obviously you can't be sharing - for example a cot - when you both have a baby Confused

Same with the 'reasons for sharing' question - it's totally going to depend on what you are talking about sharing, isn't it ?

I'll try and plod on, but it's really not well worded

SPBisResisting · 30/08/2013 20:08

I think you have to not take this one too seriously. It's a marketing gimmick not serious research. Just tick what you fancy.
There;s me not winning :o

BackforGood · 30/08/2013 20:26

You're right SPB - but I like a good survey, and get frustrated when either it's not obvious what they are asking, or there is no box for my answer, or they are just plain daft.
I know, I need to let it go, don't I ? Grin

A measly £200 orange voucher? What are that paying Kevin Bacon?
Tight buggers.

SquirtedPerfumeUpNoseInBoots · 30/08/2013 22:52

Some of these questions are a bit odd.
I'd share baby / toddler clothing / furniture as in give it away.

I'm also happy to share and would class my self as good, but according to this i would be reasonable in that it would have to be someone I know, not a randomer at the bus stop who asked to borrow my jewellery!

LackaDAISYcal · 31/08/2013 00:57

Blu! Shock

I doubt they will be sharing my "sharing" example in their marketing as it involved bodily fluids Blush but I did get three gawjus children out of it Grin

swallowedAfly · 31/08/2013 10:22

done.

i'd love to share more. seems crazy to me that two people who live next door to each other would both go out and buy a lawnmower they can just afford rather than club together and buy a decent one between them especially given you only use them ten times a year.

i would love to share holidays more - you can get such bargains on big, lovely accommodation if there are enough of you to share the costs.

umabritmum · 31/08/2013 12:19

A very good one . Sharing can be useful when we need an option to save money.

I'd love if EE would share their 4GEE signal with Scotland - or at least with more than just glasgow and Edinburgh.

Still, shouldn't complain since wide swathes of Scotland don't even get 2G. I'm not taking John o Groats, but 10 mins from Perth. It's ridiculous.

MmeLindor · 31/08/2013 21:35

Whoops. Was looking at 4GEE earlier but until coverage is better, it's not worthwhile paying extra for.
