We’re recruiting UK-based Mumsnet users with a child aged 1-14 to test SOCKSHOP’s bamboo socks for sensitive feet.

• Selected testers will receive a pack of SOCKSHOP bamboo socks for one child in their household to test.
• Testers will be asked to feed back via a thread on Mumsnet and a short survey.
• All testers who leave their feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one lucky tester will win a £100 voucher for a store of their choice (from a list).

Fingers crossed 🤞🏽 for this. I'd love to find something to make DD1's life easier.

That's a shame. I'd like to sign up for this but DD is 14 and has size 7 feet (and has done since she was 12). I don't think she's that unusual either. Lots of kids have adult sized feet by age 13/14. Maybe something for Sockshop to consider.

I got half way through the form before finding out my 14 year old doesn't qualify as his 6.5 feet are too big.

Done. I've seen these advertised and nearly bought a few times. Would like to see what they are like and if worth buying.

Well, I'd take part except.... I've been all over town, including on here, regularly extolling the virtues of these socks for children with sensory issues. It feels a bit rude to ask for the free socks to test. Can I still do the survey and go into the draw??!

Oh, FYI - the sizing is generous. DS is 10, size 6 shoes, but I still buy him the biggest kids size no problem. And DD has size 13 feet but actually the ones in her size are a big big. She can wear them, but she's perfectly happy with the size down.

i’m like triffid, discovered these for my sensitive dd 10 years ago, buy all our socks from here they are the best.

Just got the socks. They are fab. So soft and comfortable.

I also received the socks today and look forward to sharing them with the kids (as there's enough for them both to test)!

Yes i thought we would get one pair! DS immediately put his on and declared them 'soft and cosy!' Ours are blue and school uniform is grey socks and I'm a bit concerned that he'll never wear his school socks again

They do sell them in grey along with several other colours, and there’s a special offer on them at the moment which is good!

Received the socks for DS today. But he won’t wear them unfortunately as they are a bright shade of pink. All five pairs are the same colour. I don’t know how I can give feedback on socks that he just won’t wear.

Got the socks last week - they're fab! Have we got the feedback thread yet? Bit worried I haven't had anything since I received them?

Is there a feedback thread somewhere? My DS loves these and he hates all clothes, he chooses to wear these above all other socks as they are so comfy!

We got them and they are grey. My son loves them and they are very soft. The size seems OK and fit him well.

I haven’t seen a feedback thread yet but I’ve already ordered more of these socks in lots of different colours.
I also ordered some for Christmas presents and so,e velvet soft ones for me and they are sooo soft
