I treated myself to a Velvetiser just before Christmas and am delighted with it! I love the super frothy, aerated feel it gives my hot chocolate!

1. What did you think of the look and style of the Velvetiser? What colors would you like to see available?

I chose the matt brown/grey unit as it was best for my kitchen, but would have loved a pistachio/mint one. I was wary of the glossy/shiny ones due to my daughter’s sticky fingerprints!

1. How did you find the Velvetiser to use? How easy was it to clean and store?

Super easy! And the guy who sold it to me instore showed me how a drop of washing up liquid and some water straight after using it each time makes it simple and quick to clean. I love that it doesn’t heat up on the outside/to touch and feels really safe and child friendly.

1. Which drinks did you make with the Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser? What did you think about the process of using the Velvetiser to make the drinks you tried? Please consider the process for making both hot and cold drinks.

I have tried with both the mixed sachet boxes and the bags of milk and white hot choc flakes. I enjoy mixing them. I like chilli and orange together. And the salted caramel and nut is yummy too. But my favourite is white CJ o plate with dark/high% cacao chocolate. Yum!

1. Of the flavours you tried, which did you like most? Is there anything you’d like to try, or anything new you’d like to see from Hotel Chocolat?

I haven’t tried the Black Forest but really want to. Maybe something a bit more hazel nutty would be nice.

As above, I like to kid and play with the flavours. I also like the mix of frothy velvet used chocolate and hotel chocolate express licqueur!

NON TESTER BUT VELVETISER OWNER

1. What did you think of the look and style of the Velvetiser? What colors would you like to see available?

I have the charcoal one. I actually think the colours available are nice and in keeping with the hotel chocolat brand but maybe something funky would appeal to some people.

1. How did you find the Velvetiser to use? How easy was it to clean and store?

I love it. Easy to clean. Quick to use, looks great with my coffee machine.

I love the white vanilla hot choc. It's the one I have nose often. Very simple to use and produces a drink far nicer than any of the coffee shops can make.

1. Of the flavours you tried, which did you like most? Is there anything you’d like to try, or anything new you’d like to see from Hotel Chocolat?

Love the white vanilla. Also had the mixed pack to try different ones. Only one I didn't like is the chilli one.

Sneaky fav of mine is making a white vanilla straight after making my son a classic. Get a slight hint of the classic in with the white which is lovely.
