This is the feedback thread for the Mumsnetters who tested Banjo Robinson’s personalised pen pal experience with their children aged 5 to 8. Banjo Robinson is a magical, globetrotting CAT who sends proper, paper post (and creative activities!) to children twice a month, from exciting destinations around the world!

At the same time as giving feedback on the thread below, Banjo Robinson testers also completed a survey. Results from the survey are now in and:

  • 88% said they were satisfied with the service, and
  • 89% would recommend to a friend or family member

Find out more or subscribe for your child here.

Testers received an initial introduction pack which includes: a personalised letter introducing Banjo and his travels, a world map, stickers to track Banjo’s progress, personalised stickers to use creatively, two sketch pages to colour, a reply page to draw and write their response, a reply envelope with postage stamp stickers and a recipe cards. Banjo then wrote each child a follow up letter detailing his next stop in his travels and including more goodies.

Here’s what Banjo Robinson has to say: “Banjo Robinson is a magical, globetrotting CAT who sends proper, paper post (and creative activities!) to children aged 5 to 8, twice a month, from exciting destinations around the world! Children can write back to Banjo and leave their replies under the sofa for overnight collection by 'Cat Mail’. Our website allows parents to add a paragraph to the end of the next letter their child receives (PS message), so that Banjo can answer their questions, reference their recent achievements, or simply send love and encouragement.

Each delivery includes a personalised letter from Banjo (now written by children’s author, Anna Kemp!), reply stationery, a colouring-in activity, personalised stickers, country facts, and a recipe from each country. Children also receive a big, beautiful map of the world poster with their first letter - they can add country stickers to this as they follow along with Banjo’s world tour!"

Testers, please answer the following questions as well as completing the short feedback survey which we have emailed to you:

  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?
  2. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?
  3. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?
  4. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?
  5. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?

All testers who leave the required feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 voucher of their choice (from a list).

Non-testers, if you’re reading this feedback and think that your child would like to receive letters from Banjo, you can get 50% off a 3 month subscription using the code BANJOLOVESMN at the checkout, on the Banjo Robinson website. This includes a big, beautiful map of the world to follow along with Banjo on his travels and six deliveries!

Thanks and good luck!

My daughter is kind of crazy about cats, so receiving a letter from a cat was a big thing for her.

2) How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?

My child was super excited to receive the personalised letters. She tried to read few words. She loved to hide the reply under the sofa.
....................................................
3) Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?

Yes I did. My child was amazed that he knew so much about her.

I think it's all in one. It gives educational benefits along with fun and entertainment.

5) If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?

I think letters should be varied according to the age. As my 5 years old daughter found few words quite difficult to understand.

  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character? We liked him and the name was catchy, my son instantly remembered it.
  2. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo? First one we loved but second one was more complex than 1st and had less links to my son e.g. place he lives and cats names.
  3. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature? Yes liked it but would be better intergrated into the letter.
  4. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else? great to receive something in the post for my son and nice pictures/activities
  5. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be? letters for different age groups as vocabulary quite complex and very heavily worded for my 6 year old.
NewPage · 24/04/2020 22:13

1)What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?
It was okay but quite a young character for an 8 year old. It was also confusing for my DD that there was a different cat introduced as the one in local neighbourhood
2) How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?
Loved it, was really excited and couldn’t wait to open her letter.
3) Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?
It was a nice touch but not sure my DD really noticed it.
4) What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?
Kept my DD occupied and entertained. She loved putting her letter under the sofa, waiting for a reply.
5) If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?
A follow up letter was never received! It would be great to include a ‘parent pack’ so that I could write a response and keep it going. Also, could extra stationary be included so DD could write to her friends and that could generate you more customers.
Thank you for the opportunity to test this.

barricade · 25/04/2020 00:44

Sincere thanks for the opportunity to trial & test this product. The survey has been completed. Here are my responses to the questions:-

1) What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?
The character had a memorable name. and was appropriately designed to be appealing to younger children.

2) How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?
Our child was very excited to receive the personalised mail through the post.

3) Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?
This feature was essential in making the letter more personalised to our child. Maybe there could have been more personalised aspects.

4) What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?
Educational benefit in learning about different countries, and the skill of writing letter replies (although the latter has to formally taught ourselves)

5) If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?
Possibly more pictures to aid the text in providing more context/clues. The information related tot he different countries was very abstract and difficult for our child to relate to. As a result, it appeared he found it difficult to remain interested enough.

  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?
I liked the character, and my daughter did as well. I think it helped that we have our own cats, but may be hard for some to engage.

  2. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?
She loved getting the letters in the post, but couldn't read it herself. At 5, the words were far too long and difficult for her to understand. She lived the map and stickers though.

  3. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?
I did, it's a good idea as you can personalise it with special occasions, etc. It would be helpful to have a character count on this so you know how much you can write.

  4. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?
It's very fun and my daughter enjoyed receiving the letters and talking about the country. But the second one lost some of the novelty as it was exactly the same format and the same things to return.

  5. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?
Variation in what to do to send back and a bigger return envelope.
The introductory story was very long and at 5, my daughter lost interest - again, too many long words. Perhaps having a version aimed at younger children would be good. The descriptions were very confusing like it was trying too hard to be 'fun' and interesting.

It seems expensive for what is a printed letter that you have to personalise yourself and a few stickers. Maybe there could be something included like a trinket from each country or a puzzle piece etc.

At 5, my daughter was excited to receive the letter and respond, but the actual wording was a bit much for her and I had to explain a lot. The Sri Lanka letter didn't clearly explain where he was and what he was doing without reading between the lines es a bit.

  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?

My son loved the character. The fact that it was an animal he sees out and about meant that he would often comment when we saw a cat asking if that cat knew Banjo.

  1. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?

He absolutely loved receiving a letter in the post and I think it made him feel very special.

  1. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?

I did. I felt it was a nice option and a good way to make it a bit more personal.

  1. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?

Excitement and joy.

I wouldn’t change anything.

Shellb159 · 25/04/2020 10:40
  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character? The cat character is a good choice, both relatable and fun. He really brings the letters alive with his adventures.
  2. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo? I was surprised at how excited and engaged my daughter was by the concept of Banjo and a local cat collecting the letter from under the sofa. She was keen to look at everything that was included and it motivated her to sit down and write a reply, as well as design some sandwiches inspired by the recipe card. She told me that getting letters from Banjo makes her happy.
  3. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature? Yes I did. This is the element of the Banjo Robinson experience I found the best; that you can respond to the letter, making it personal and really adding to the magic of Banjo.
  4. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else? I would say delight and fun most importantly. My daughter enjoyed this more than any other writing-based activities we've done recently and said the colouring, stickers and map were great.
  5. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be? I would make the map a bit more hard-wearing as only two weeks in and ours is looking a bit tatty and has a tear, but saying that I would rather it was looked at than still being neatly folded.
CordeliaScott · 25/04/2020 11:36
  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character? She loved it. She was really excited and asked lots of questions such as why does he have a bandage in his tail.
  2. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo? She was very excited to have proper post with her name on.
  3. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature? I did but they didn’t appear on the letter. I think it is a good idea though to make the letters very personal to the child.
  4. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else? DD hasn’t really wanted to work since the schools broke up so it’s been a great way to get her to practice writing.
  5. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be? I don’t think I would change anything.
butterry · 25/04/2020 12:58
  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character? My 5 year old daughter really liked Banjo and thought he was a very cool and exciting cat!
  2. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo? She spotted it come through the letterbox and was thrilled to receive the letter. She couldn't wait to see what Banjo had sent her
  3. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature? Yes, the personalised message helped her believe the story that Banjo knew about her through our pet dog.
  4. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else? We loved the map, really lovely, bright and colourful and are looking forward to filling it up with the stickers for each destination
  5. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be? I would include a bit more factual info about the cultures/countries he is visiting. Pictures of the flag, the environment and native plants and animals they have, things that people like to eat there, special clothes they wear and festivals they celebrate etc. The main reason for us as parents to sign up for this is the educational aspect of learning about different places around the world so it would be nice for a bit more depth on this.
StickChildNumberTwo · 25/04/2020 14:17
  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?
I like the idea, but my daughter wasn't particularly taken with him

  2. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?
She enjoyed reading it and sticking the sticker on the map but didn't really engage beyond that.

  3. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?
I did on the first one, didn't on the second because my daughter hadn't written back to him... I love the idea, and if a child got into writing back I think it would be brilliant.

  4. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?
I'm afraid not that much stood out. I like the idea, but the reality didn't match up for us.

  5. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?
More content - it didn't feel like we actually learnt anything much about the countries.

I had hoped it would encourage my reluctant writer, but she wasn't up for writing back to Banjo. I can imagine some kids would really get into it, but unless that's the case I don't think it's worth the money. For us a magazine subscription works better.

Poppyandpeaches · 25/04/2020 20:46
  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?

It was ok. My kid didn’t seem too fussed about the character.

  1. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?
He was excited to receive something in the post that was for him. He definitely liked the parts of the letter that were personalised to him.

  2. Did you write a PS message in your child’s
letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?

Yes but the message didn’t appear on the second letter.

  1. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or something else?
I thought it was quite fun and the content was colourful and attractive. But it didn’t really capture my child’s attention. He was excited to colour his picture when the first letter arrived but he hasn’t wanted to write a reply to the second letter.

  2. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?
I found the recipe really hard to understand! I had no idea what is was meant to be. I also found the letters a bit rambling and the city map didn’t add much. It would have been better to have some basic facts about the country, etc.

emphasisofmatter · 25/04/2020 20:49
  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?
My daughter liked him, she likes cats so the idea of a travelling cat was cool. Although to start with she did struggle with the name!

  2. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?
Ah she loved getting the letters, although notably more excited from the first letter not the second.

  3. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?
Yes I did a PS message in both letters and she thought this was great. "How did he know that mummy? Did Daddy tell him?" Which was cute.

  4. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?
My daughter is a reluctant writer so the return letter writing is actually really helpful for getting her to practice her writing. The travelling aspect is interesting and we've started looking at maps more and learning about different countries.

  5. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?
The language used in the letter. She wanted to read the letter herself, but for a five year old the language was difficult at times and waffly. The letter was very long for a five year old. I would change the letter length and also I do think without a promo code the subscription service is quite expensive.

Hermie12 · 25/04/2020 20:57
  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character? A fun character and my daughter seemed to be able to relate to him. I read the introductory story before the first letter arrived
  2. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo? My daughter was amazed that Banjo knew her. Luckily a cat had been in our garden a few times recently that matched the description of Banjos friend .
  3. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature? I did write the Ps although there was some confusion as the deadline I was given was prior to receiving the first letter.
  4. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else? The fun element and magical feel, the chance to learn about different countries and hear about Banjos adventures
  5. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be? Make the PS element a bit more slick. Perhaps make it more specific as to what should be added each time
Eyre89 · 25/04/2020 22:28
  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?

Cute bit like some other posters have said he didn't really draw my ds in at all.

  1. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?

He just said from the start don't be ailly a cat can't come and take a letter from inder the settee. Letters go in the postbox. He was just not drawn into that at all. I think it's something they will love or just not be on board with.

  1. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature? I did and he liked that bit but still didn't help him engage. If your child loves it then its great to help tailor it based on their letter back to Banjo.

  2. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else? He liked the poster, it's a nice idea but I do think it could be refined. Like a orevious poster said tailor the letter by age. And it is a little pricey.

  3. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be? Im. Not sure there was just something that didnt draw my son in and i thought he'd love it. Receiving the letter he was super excired he just didn't believe it. The whole under the sofa idea seems young. Hes only 6 and he did not believe at all. It's a shame as i thought he'd really enjoy it. Thanks for letting us take part.

Farwah · 26/04/2020 07:55
  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?

I think that the character is full of fun and excitement! The whole concept is too good to be true. It is also very informative for the kids and something exciting to keep them off the screens.

  1. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?

My daughter was excited to read the letter. However, she didn’t believe it to be true and was confused as such letters have never arrived before. She enjoyed reading and writing but it was only for a couple of minutes before she got bored and lost interest.

  1. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?

I think that my kids did not believe in the PS message as my daughter totally disbelieved the idea how someone could know so much about her. I would have appreciated if Banjo would have self-written the PS message.

  1. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?

Definitely fun and delight! Plus I loved the educational benefits. It was a new experience of letter writing for my daughter and I loved how creative she was at writing back.

  1. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?

Definitely introduce more handy and useful stationary products along with the packs. Probably colored markers or pens only specifically for writing back. This I believe would spark more interest in the kids!

Toomanycats99 · 26/04/2020 08:09

1) What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?

My daughter loves cats so it was a hit

  1. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?*

She was really excited to receive the post for her - she's doesn't get much. She is nearly 9. So at upper end of the age but is quite 'young' in some ways. She already sponsors a dog and gets letters from him so it was an extension of that. She was amazed with the personalised detail
In the letter. She immediately rang dad/grandparents / aunt to tell them about it.
*
3) Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?*

I did write one but the problem was the one for the second letter had to be due in before I got the first letter so could not actually reply to her letter to banjo. Guessing in normal times this wouldn't be an issue.
*
4) What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?*

She did really enjoy it - I am tempted to do another 3 months at the trial price but not sure if I would pay full price as although she loved getting and reading the letter once that was done there wasn't a lot to do. Maybe I could of have used it to stimulate discussion about the relevant country.

5) If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?

More activities

Thank you for the opportunity to trial this.

BraayTigger · 26/04/2020 09:38
  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?

He was quite creatively produced. My 5 year old was a bit perplexed by his name but did identify with him being a cat. We don't have any pets, so it's not like she is used to cats.

When I read the letter to her, she lacked focus and didn't really listen to what I was saying.

To set a bit of background - I had saved the Banjo initial pack - for a 'homeschooling' day to add a bit of fun and break up the day. However, whilst having a clear out on Saturday, she came across the Christmas Elf!! :/ and was very confused about why he was here, hiding in the house! lol. Anyway, so along comes my fabricated story:

  • Child finds Elf, starts questioning why Elf here and not at the North Pole with Santa
  • Parent pretends to have a secret conversation with Elf
  • Child: Is Elf actually really talking to you Mummy?
  • Parent: Yes! He's come to check up on you - as Santa heard you've been off school, a little naughty and wanted to check you were OK. A 'Coronavirus' visit and will report back to Santa tonight!
  • Child: Oh OK
  • Parent: yes and Elf says there is a letter for you in the house from a little cat who will visit you soon and write to you too!
  • Child: OK
  • Parent gets letter and it all begins! So, through the Elf/Santa haze she didn't really listen to the story of Banjo. However, she wrote Banjo the letter and put it under the sofa. She said we'd have to leave a little window open so that Banjo could get in the house at night as he is a cat and we don't have a cat flap. She also left out for him a little sausage and a plate of milk as he would have had such a long journey from the North Pole (where she think he lives with santa…) and cats like milk. When going to sleep I asked her why did she think we didn't just put the letter in the post box and mummy was confused by that. She said that is because of coronavirus and we have to be safe and stay home and not touch the postbox. Plus it saves the postman having to deliver it to the North Pole when he is very busy and a key worker...! Very cute!!
  1. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?

Very happy! She always asks if there is any post for her, usually there isn't so she really liked receiving one from Banjo.
She enjoyed the bits of the letter that referred to her name.
By the way, we loved the MAP - brilliant map and fun features on it

  1. Did you write a PS message in your child’s
letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?
Agh we didn't im afraid. She was very lazy writing the letter - it only had one sentence :( She enjoyed colouring in the picture for him a lot though

  2. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?

Delight definitely - it's a lovely idea. I just wonder if it would retain her interest for long. Maybe for an older child. Liked the fact it could teach her about the world and geography. loved the map and the stickers.

  1. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be? The letter could be more like a little book - with more pictures and less words. Make it simpler to understood.

Thank you for the great experience Banjo x

  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?
I thought the character was great! He was funny and made me son laugh so many times with his adventures

  2. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?
He absolutely loved receiving letter addressed to him! Couldn’t wait to open them, was so excited to read the letter that told him things about his pets and his home. He was amazed!

  3. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?
Yes we did. My son was gobsmacked that Banjo knew so much about him and his home life. It made the letter so much more exciting

  4. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?
Delight and fun definitely. The letters were easy to read and to reply to and the way they had to leave them under the couch was so exciting for my son. He also loved the whole learning about other places in the world.

  5. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?
Absolutely nothing! I think it’s a fantastic idea that mixes fun and excitement with learning at the same time.
    Brilliant idea. Smile

Thank you so much for letting us test this, it definitely came at the right moment when we were needing some distraction!

  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?

He was cute! Seemed very playful and perfect for my 6 year old.

  1. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?

Absolutely loved it, she obviously never received post so it was the highlight of her week!

  1. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?

I did and I really liked that part as it made it much more believable. My dd likes a bit of praise so I used it for that!

  1. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?

It was very fun and educational. She loved the map and likes that there will be sticker to add to it every time, she has stuck the map on the wall! Writing the replies will definitely help with her writing skills although I did have to keep on reminding her to write it, she would have probably preferred to just receive it in the post without having to write back 🙄

  1. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?

The sofa part. My dd loved the idea of the cat and it was a bit of a coincidence because we have had a cat hanging around the house for days so she convinced herself that he worked for banjo!! Unfortunately for us my husband is massively allergic to cats and she didn't want Banjo in the house so we left the reply on the doorstep 😂 That's just is though, without the allergy I think it would have been fine!!

She absolutely loved it and I'm going to sign up. Thanks again.

  1. What did you think of Banjo Robinson, the character?

I thought the character was engaging and well thought out-
2) How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?
The letter was dd's biggest thrill of the week or even month! We had told her about a cat we knew and had slightly prepared her, but actually receiving a letter addressed to her in the mail was fabulous.
3) Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?
I liked the p.s as it helped to personalise it, and made sure she really thought it was from someone not a game or purchase.
4) What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?
Mostly it was the delight aspect and excitement of getting a letter in the post, we used the map to explore where Banjo was and she enjoyed learning about Sri Lanka.
5) If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be? Include a little bit more educational content (not too much)

  5. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?
I would add more activities and perhaps provide more if the materials. I would also make more of the languages aspect too...perhaps by adding flash cards? That way you could build up a collection of phrases so that the children could be reminded every so often. My daughter loves playing around with languages!

My son liked it, and the context, but also kept saying he knew it wasn't real as cats can't write (age 6).

He was adorable. My son loves cats so this character was ideal. Very friendly and fun looking character.

  1. How was your child’s experience of receiving the personalised letter from Banjo?

Brilliant, my son was v excited to get his first letter. Lived writing back and completing the other activities. He has stuck the map up on his bedroom wall and enjoyed adding the stickers.

  1. Did you write a PS message in your child’s letter(s)? If so, what did you think of this feature?I did on the first letter but forgot on the second one so it was a generic Ps. I did not get an email reminder which I would have appreciated.

  2. What stood out for you with Banjo Robinson? Delight and fun, educational benefits or anything else?

This was an ideal activity during the lockdown and we got some good home schooling activities out of it. My son learnt a little about writing a letter adding a stamp etc. It helped practise his handwriting. He learnt his own address. He was interested in the map too and learning about where Banjo had been on his travels.

  1. If you could change one thing about Banjo Robinson, what would it be?

To simplified the letters a little. They were a bit long winded for. My son and a lit of the content went over his head - he's only 5!
