Recruitment for this product test is now closed

Ape are looking for 250 UK Mumsnetters with children aged 3 - 11 to test out a range of Ape snacks.
Selected testers will receive the following flavours:

Really Cheesy Puffs
Lightly Salted Puffs
Sweet Chilli Puffs

Here’s what Ape have to say:
“At Ape, we have cut the monkey business, making snacks with only the best plant based ingredients and tastiest natural flavours, so you can snack happy. We want to know what you and your kids think of our baked-not-fried crispy snacks – Puffs! We can’t wait to hear what you think! Love from the team at Ape x”

We will be in touch with selected testers via email in a couple of weeks time.

All selected testers will be required to leave feedback on what they thought of Ape snacks on a thread on Mumsnet and by filling out a short survey. Everyone who leaves their feedback as required will be entered into a prize draw where 3 x MNers will win a £100 voucher of their choice (from a list).

If you would like to sign up, please click here.

Thanks and good luck!

Hi @Glittercandle @PurpleGoose,

Thanks for your messages. Ape Snacks have asked us to pass on the following comment to clarify:

"The nutritional information in the screenshot is taken from our website which is per 100g serving, rather than per 25g serving which is the size of our packs. So to confirm, there is 0.6g salt per pack (25g), not 2.4g per pack. Our nutritional information on each puffs product page on the Ape website has been updated."

Smile

  1. What did you and your children like or dislike about the Ape Puffs you tried?
Children liked taste l. I liked the healthy claims but the products looked like any other crisp.
  1. What other products would you like to see in the Ape range?
Sticks like Ella's
  1. If you could change anything about Ape Puffs what would you change?
Much less wasteful packaging.
  1. What ingredients would you like to see Ape use in future products (eg the addition of vegetables)?
More vegetables and savoury flavours. Less yellow!
