  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?
I really liked the products. They smelt really good, didn't cause irritation to my baby's skin, and the packaging looked lovely in my bathroom. I never usually choose the more expensive bath products, but I would definitely consider buying these again - particularly the baby shampoo. The only thing I didn't like was that the nappy cream was quite thick and sticky which is a recipe for making a big mess when changing a wriggly baby's nappy!
  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?
I really loved the gentle fragrance - particularly the wash and shampoo - it was very calming when bathing my little one at the end of a long day!
  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?
The most important thing is that it is gentle on the skin, which this one is. I do also consider price, as I find some products very expensive.
  1. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why? I think so - they certainly didn't lead to any irritation. My little one does have nappy rash at the moment, and I can't say the cream has helped particularly, but he is suffering from a nasty virus and I suspect the rash is connected to that.
  2. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?
Yes. I trust the Burt's Bees name, and like the natural connotations. I trust that it won't lead to irritation on my baby's skin.
  1. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?
Yes - particularly the baby shampoo.

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?
They were great products, beautifully packaged. I really loved the scent, so did my son. He has quite a dry scalp, the shampoo seemed to help a bit. The nappy cream was a bit too thick, and doesn’t seem to have made much difference, but it was soothing and smelt nice!
  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?
I loved the scent. The oil was lovely too, a nice consistency and easy to run into his skin.
  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?
That the ingredients are actually going to help, I do prefer a more ‘natural’ composition, without too many unnecessary additives.
  1. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?
Yes, for the shampoo/wash and oil. Both were very effective in soothing his skin. I think it’s pretty gentle as I definitely got some shampoo in my eyes at one point, and it wasn’t too bad!
  1. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?
Yes, I’ve always found Burts Bees to be a good range, and these products for babies seem very gentle.
  1. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?
Yes, if they are within my price range.
Spanglybangly · 15/10/2019 19:24

The smell.

  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?

  1. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?

onetimeonlyy · 15/10/2019 19:40

I like the shampoo it smells yum.

The nappy cream is so so thick...i found it hard to squeeze out and loads was left in the tube. Much harder than my normal pot.

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?

My son has dry skin on his legs and the oil has worked wonders on it. The shampoo has made his hair so soft and smells amazing. I like the nappy cream too, but didn’t notice any additional benefits to the one I already use.

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?

I didn’t notice a major change in skin condition. DD had a bout of fairly bad nappy rash while using it which cleared, although I was using another brand too (and I think open air time is the main thing that heals it tbh)

  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?
I really liked the thick texture of the nappy cream. Liked the smell of them all.
  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?
Gentle ingredients.
  1. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?
Yes, shampoo isn’t really frothy so doesn’t seem to have harsh soaps etc. Seems as effective as any similar products on market.
  1. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?
Yes, feels and smells gentle. I wouldn’t use shampoo on a baby under 6mo or so though, feels unnecessary to me.
  1. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?
Yes.

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now you have tried them? Do you think your child's skin condition improved?

The oil was perfect for baby massage classes and did not cause a reaction.
Shampoo/body wash cleaned babies effectively but I found the fragrances used to slightly too strong.
The nappy cream cleared a mild rash and face good coverage.

Since using the oil daily both babies still have dry skin with limited changes.

Each product contains natural ingredients which are not harmful for sensitive skin types.

  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?

All products must be free from SLS.

Yes, cleaned babies skin without irritation.

  1. Do you trust the Burt's Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?

Yes, each product worked as expected and the brand receives lots of positive reviews online.

  1. Would you consider buying Burt's Bees Baby products in the future?

  1. All three products were gentle, soothing and moisturising. The didn’t aggravate my little ones skin.
  2. The nappy ointment is thick and creamy, the baby oil is easy to apply and moisturising and the body wash/shampoo is gentle on skin and eyes.
  3. Gentle, moisturising and smells good.
  4. Yes, the products are gentle and effective however I really didn’t like the strong scent.
  5. Although I trust the brand, I really don’t like the strong scent and it would put me off using them.
  6. I would maybe buy other products from the brand in future if it’s was a nicer scent and it was on offer.

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?
I have used all three products on myself, my six year old and my baby! The wash/shampoo left us all feeling clean and soft, although it was a little difficult to lather up and felt a bit thin. It smelt lovely though. It was great only needing one bottle for the kids skin and hair. The nourishing baby oil smells absolutely gorgeous and leaves skin silky soft and scented. I will definitely be buying more of this! The diaper ointment again had a delightful fragrance. It cleared up nappy rash brilliantly and I will definitely buy it in the future instead of my usual brand up til now.
  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?
The fact that they are all natural, and the lovely smells! I particularly love the diaper ointment. It cleared up my baby's nappy rash rapidly, which was great. As a bonus, instead of the usual medicinal scent that nappy creams tend to have, Burt’s Bees Diaper ointment has a lovely fresh herbal fragrance.
  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?
I think the most important factor for me is ensuring that the product is as natural as possible, with plenty of tried and tested reviews to give me confidence in other peoples experiences. I don't mind paying more for good quality and peace of mind.

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?
Baby oil - I loved how soft and silky this left my sons skin and also my own, it has such a beautiful scent that wasn’t strong or over powering. My sons normally quite dry patches have cleared up after continued use Shampoo - with two messy kids I go through shampoo ridiculously quick and I found a little of this goes a long way I just needed the smaller amount to get a good foam and it left their hair smelling and feeling clean and beautiful. Nappy cream - this has been my absolute saviour and favourite out of all three products my son has recently suffered with a really sore bum and this applies nice a thick and it doesn’t dry out the skin, also in between changes I noticed how long lasting this was as there was always some still on at the next change and it’s massively helped heal his bum which is no longer red raw

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?

I love these products, and they've been a lovely addition to our bedtime routine. My daughter doesn't have any problems with her skin, but the diaper ointment in particular has really helped to keep her skin in soft and healthy. .

  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?

The honey fragrance of the wash and the oil is lovely (although I can see how some people may find it a bit too strong), and the diaper ointment also smells nice. They don't have the synthetic, cheap smell that some other baby products have. The oil and ointment are both absorbed quickly, and don't leave a residue like other products I've tried in the past. The packaging is also really nice!

  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?

My top priority is to avoid unnecessary harsh ingredients, and that products are as natural and gentle as possible.

  1. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?

Yes - it's kept my daughter's skin lovely and soft (and smelling lovely!) and she hasn't had any reactions to it.

  1. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?

Yes - I like the brand's commitment to good quality, natural products and its ethical credentials.

  1. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?

Definitely. These products are a little on the pricey side, but a little goes a long way so I think they'll last us a while. I've already bought the set as a gift for a friend and her new baby.

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?

These products were lovely. My favourite was the baby oil - I used it for baby massage after a bath as my little one gets some dry patches on the top of her arms - she absolutely loved it and didn't end up too greasy. It smells fabulous and as soon as I started using it people started to comment on the scent - it's not overpowering at all but a really lovely baby fresh scent. The dryness has certainly gone away whilst I've used it so I will definitely continue.

The nappy cream was also good - it had more of a barrier cream consistency but spread nicely and did its job perfectly. I did however find it a bit difficult to squeeze out of the tube and would possibly struggle to get the most out of it once we are near the end.

The shampoo was also very nice - same lovely scent as the baby oil and not a lot needed. My daughters hair went a little bit fly away after use but she has very fine hair and it does this with most shampoos.

Overall a lovely collection.

  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?

Most definitely the smell and the non greasy texture of the nappy cream and oil. Decent size bottles and nice packaging.

  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?

Relieving and preventing nappy rash is a key thing for me - my little girl will happily poop and sleep in it without letting anyone know so for those times she's done it in the middle of the night knowing she won't be uncomfortable is very important. Its really important that a baby's skincare is as good as mine - I want it gentle and moisturizing and kind on skin and for it to do what its advertised as doing. I also like a bit of individuality - not having a generic lavender smell that comes with standard baby products is lovely

  1. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?

Other than a bit of dry skin on her arms my daughter doesnt have particularly sensitive skin but it was nice to see not only did this range not cause irritation it softened her skin so nicely. My 2 year old son does get very bad nappy rash instantly after pooping and when I used this it took the irritation right out - I would definitely say its gentle and effective.

  1. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?

I've used Burts Bees myself and have always found their products good and effective so to have a baby range too is great. As it's well establish and known for it's natural ingredients I trust their products to use on my baby.

  1. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?

Yes definitely - although the sizes of the products are really good so it may be sometime before I need to! A little goes a long way with all the products and with 2 small children with 2 different skin types, being able to use the same product cuts down on the shopping bill and bathroom space! As a mum that's a big bonus - natural ingredients, softer skin, no irritation and a phenomenal smell (that's not gender specific so both my son and daughter can use it), plus not having to buy it every month wins my vote!

  1. I loved all three products and thought they worked really well. They were all great for my baby’s sensitive skin and calmed down a lot of the redness. She also seemed to like them and enjoyed me using them with her, I think they feel like more of a treat for both of us than her normal products.
  1. I think my favourite thing about these products was the smell! It was fresh and pampering and lasted on my baby for a long time after application. With the baby oil, I liked that it moisturised without being too greasy and I liked that I could use it too sometimes! The diaper ointment worked really well on nappy rash too.
  1. It’s important to me that there are as many natural ingredients as possible as synthetic products can cause more problems with my baby’s skin. I like them to be gentle but to also work. And I like them to smell nice too
  1. Yes I think all three products were gentle but effective. They calmed my baby’s skin but also fulfilled their functions. So the diaper ointment worked well with nappy rash, the body wash and shampoo cleaned my baby effectively and the baby oil moisturised well.
  1. Yes I do trust them to use on my baby because they are from a trusted brand that has a good reputation. They are also made with natural ingredients which increases my trust in them. And now that I have actually tried out the products I definitely trust them with my baby.
  1. Yes I will consider buying them again even if they are a bit more expensive than what I would usually buy. They are good for my baby and she enjoyed using them so that’s what’s most important to me.

Thanks for letting us try these products, it was really enjoyable and interesting!

1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?

Baby Oil- Really liked it. Usually use coconut oil on my baby's skin, but this is much better. A tad thick but not really greasy and smells really lovely.

Ointment- Was too thick for me, and didn't think it was really effective on my child's nappy rash compared to a well known brand ointment i use.

Shampoo/body wash- Lovely smell, lathers up well and seems really gentle

2. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?

The smell and the fact that it's very natural

3. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?

Price is key for me, but I try to go natural where possible.

4. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?

Yes I do, judging from the ingredients, and the fact that it didn't cause any reaction to my child

5. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?

Definitely, from the products I used, I trust that they will be safe, gentle on my baby. As I've mentioned before, the ingredients in it look good, and mostly natural.

6. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?

Sure at the right price.

I didn't find that the diaper ointment made much of a difference to his nappy rash which he coincidently had when I was trying these products!

The products are great, the wash is great in the bath and smells amazing, it has a very delicate smell. The oil is great for locking moisture in his skin and again smells lovely and wasn't too greasy afterwards which made it lovely to massage in. The nappy rash cream worked well, was very thick and sometimes hard to get out of the tube but was very effective.
