  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?

My child's skin definitely improved. The ointment formed a great barrier, especially at night. The following morning we had no redness and I could still smell, the scent.
DD had a flare up during the use of the cream (which was handy) and I honestly think, this helped. Normally, it can take a few days to go down and she screams in pain, whenever she fills her nappy. With this ointment on, we had no screaming and the flare up, was over in a flash!

The oil, we used in the bath and again her skin was smooth, soft and smelt amazing!

The baby wash, again smelt amazing and left her hair soft and shiny. A small amount went a very long way, which is great as some products need a handful, before they are of any use!

Only small negative, I could find was the diaper ointment, could be quite difficult to get out of the tube while holding down, my squirming octopus, of a baby!! But it really is a small negative and wouldn't stop me using the product.

  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?

They smelt amazing! All three products, left such a lovely smell on DD. I couldnt stop sniffing her hair!!! Her skin was so smooth and soft, after a bath, in the oil.

  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?

Cost is a big factor for me. That being said, if I know a product is going to help, then I will buy it, as the pros out weigh, the cost.

  1. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?

I have found it to be gentle on my baby's sensitive skin. She allowed the ointment to be applied, with no fuss and her skin was amazing. The ointment was certainly effective on her nappy rash flare up and it calmed and soothed it, almost immediately.

  1. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?

I do trust it, as its an all natural product.

  1. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?

Considering the effect it has had on my DDs nappy rash, I would definitely consider buying this.
Although I probably won't have too, for a while, as a little went a long way!!

. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?

I thought they were lovely, gentle, soothing and moisturising on DS2's skin. And they smelled amazing. His skin is lovely and soft and the dry patches have cleared up

  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?
How gentle they were - naughtily I tried the body wash on DS1 who als9 suffers with itchy dry skin and he didn't react - which in itself is a wonder.
  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?

Gentleness, that it's soothing and moisturising

  1. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?

Absolutely, the evidence proves it.

  1. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?

I've always thought of Burt's bees as a gentle, natural brand that avoids harsh chemicals.

  1. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?

Depending on price, yes. And I'll definitely buy the baby oil again.

Thisoneorthatone · 10/10/2019 19:01

1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?
They performed okay. The wash did lather nicely but neither myself or my partner liked the smell, which is quite distinctively honey. I didn't notice the oil in the bath but liked it better as a skin cream for rubbing in.
The Burt's Bees diaper cream was thicker than I expected, like Sudocrem-coloured Lansinoh, which made it hard to get out of the tube with a squirmy 11 month old trying to escape! It didn't have any really noticeable effect on his skin.

2. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?
The packaging is very attractive with the bees, as is the emphasis on no parabens or SLS. I like the credentials of the product, cruelty free etc. As a range I think it looks really good, very natural and high quality.

3. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?
That it's soft and not aggravating my children's skin. My baby has slightly rougher skin than his siblings and does scratch his skin in the bath so I have been worried even our gentle approach to bath wash, shampoo and cream is irritating him. I can get bad eczema so we don't tend to use many products on our DC's skin and I'm quite nervous about applying creams on them myself.

4. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?
It certainly didn't aggravate my baby's skin so it does seem to be gentle. I think it's probably reasonably effective but I didn't really like the honey smell so I wasn't a huge fan and the diaper ointment seemed a bit unnecessary for us - when his bottom is sore one application of medicated cream seems to work better.

5. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?
I'm not sure. It did seem more perfumed than I was expecting and I found the smell a bit off-putting, I think the sweetness made it seem less natural than I was expecting.

6. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?
No probably not, sorry. I prefer the smell and results of the Aveeno we normally use, and co-wash for hair. We don't tend to use bath oil unless we want bubbles as a treat, and neither myself or my partner liked the smell of the wash. I might try the wash on my DD's curly hair again anyway though, all the other reviews are so glowing I'm worried I might have missed something!

I think my baby's bottom is better off without the diaper cream especially when it's quite hard to get out of the tube. I liked the oil best out of all the products and might use it to massage my baby's skin, but probably wouldn't buy it again when it runs out.
The packaging quantities are also quite small for a family with 4 young DC and make the Burt's Bees products seem more like novelty nice gift purchases than actual daily workhorses of bathtime & large family life.

🐝Thank you for selecting me to try these products, it's been great for us as a family to see what else is out there and my DC all enjoyed having a change.🐝

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?

I really liked the shampoo. The oil and nappy cream were fine, but I didn't see any improvement over using nothing (which is what I normally use).

I struggled to get the nappy cream out of the tube, and I was unable to rub it into the skin properly which made me reluctant to use it with my cloth nappies.

  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?

I love the smell!

  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?

I want natural ingredients which are gentle on the skin.

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved? The 3 products worked well, they did exactly what they promised. My son has mild eczema and some products aggravate it but these didn’t. I used the shampoo/body wash as bubble bath and worked as expected. However wasn’t overly keen on the smell, the oil was too greasy and the diaper cream was incredibly hard to get out of the tube.
  2. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products? They didn’t dry out my babies skin.
  3. What is important to you when choosing a baby product? I need it to be good value for money as with 3 boys under 6 I need products that can be used for all.
  4. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why? It was gentle as all my boys skin felt soft and clean
  5. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why? I would trust it as I’ve had no issues during this test.
  6. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future? Possibly, maybe not these 3 items as I think cheaper products can perform as well, but if moisturiser or bubble baths were on offer I might consider them.

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?

The products have been great to use. Often when trying new products, jr would lead to a flare up of my babies eczema. But the natural ingredients seems to have been very gentle on his skin and there have been no problems.

  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?

The products have lovely, natural smells rather than strong perfume smells.

  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?

We are limited in the products available to us as so many can cause a flare up of eczema. Our product choices must be made of majority natural ingredients or ingredients proven to be very gentle.

  1. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?

Yes, definitely. The results are clear from the trial and have been very gentle on baby skin.

  1. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?

Prior to the product trial I was fairly inexperienced with using Burt’s bees products. But they have proven that their products do as described and offer a good quality product.

  1. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?

Absolutely. I have already purchased the bubble bath.

1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?
I liked all three products. Performance-wise they didn't improve baby's eczema, but neither did they make it worse.

2. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?
They all smelled lovely and natural and made skin soft.

3. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?
That it is effective, natural, gentle on baby's skin and doesn't harm the environment.

4. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?
Baby's skin felt clean and soft after using the shampoo. Nappy cream I would say was average. I wouldn't choose it over my usual brand. Oil was lovely and preferred it to my usual brand.

5. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?
I have sensitive skin myself and use several BB products already. I trust the natural credentials of the brand.

6. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?
The shampoo and baby oil yes, but not necessarily the nappy cream.

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?
Yes I think they are fantastic. My LO's skin is a lot less dry and less prone to eczema.
  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?
That is made of natural ingredients not full of harmful chemicals.
  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?
That the product is of good quality, derived from natural sources and now more and more that the parent company is ethical.
  1. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?
Yes. My LO's skin tends to dryness which is made worse usually if I use other body washes/shampoos -- I feel they strip the skin of its natural moisture. This didn't happen with the Burts Bees products.

1.What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved? I loved the products but would say my child’s skin stayed the same. I thought the was was a little runnier than it needed to be and would therefore run out faster, and the oil lingered a bit longer than I would expect. Only minor things on an otherwise great range.
