  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?
I liked the shampoo/ wash and found the smell not too overpowering. I often find baby products are far too perfumed! My child's skin hasn't cleared up with use, but it hasn't teacher either. I found the nappy cream too thick to apply properly. My baby had nappy rash, at the time, and it hurt her to apply it. I prefer a spray or a more malleable cream. I love that it has zinc oxide in it, as I find this a great healer. I will continue to try it out on her eczema prone areas. The baby oil is not something that I like using, as it just gets everywhere! We tried it in the bath and it stuck all over the bath tub and was difficult to clean off. It smelled nice and her skin didn't react to it.
  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?
The zinc oxide in the nappy cream.
  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?
Ingredients and perfume. I look for organic and natural with a low fragrance or fragrance free.
  1. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?
It's definitely gentle, as her skin didn't react to any of the products. It didn't help clear up any of her skin either though. I will keep trying the nappy cream on the areas that are prone to dry skin, but I usually need to test new products for a month or so before I can see an improvement.
  1. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?
I would definitely be happy to use them again. They're gentle an natural enough to use everyday.
  1. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?
Yes and I think they make a nice present too. I'd love to see the nappy cream in a spray.

For my son the products were fantastic. He has a couple of patches of dry skin, he is does have sensitive skin. He had no adverse reaction to the product, his stubborn dry patches behind his ears have cleared up His hair is extra shiny after using the hair and body wash. I was impressed how the nappy ointment was still present after a whole night too. The hair and body wash was definitely no tears too which is fantastic

That being said I offered some of the nappy ointment to my cousin to try on her little boy and he has baby eczema as well as really bad nappy rash I was convinced it would help but it made it worse , so it’s not for all bottoms

  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?
How healthy and shiny my sons hair was after

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?

With regards to the shampoo and massage oil there has been definite improvement in my baby's skin. We do lots of swimming and coupled with the drop in temperature I found he had a few dry patches that I couldn't shift which are totally gone now. We've been using the shampoo at home in the bath as well as taking it to the swimming pool - the slim bottle is really easy to use one handed!

Due to the dryness we've been upping our massage using the baby oil and his skin is super soft.

He has had some nappy rash before using the nappy cream and it hasn't helped any however we've used this before and we really liked it. Just now we have been using it on top of more of a treatment for nappy rash and I do believe it's a good barrier but what I really like is the quality of the cream - a little goes a looooong way and I know it will last. I find so many other barrier creams run out so quickly.

  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?

I really feel like they will last, I've found for all products I don't need to use too much of it and they are lasting really well compared to other products we have used in the past. I also really appreciate that the scent is lovely but so subtle as I don't like using strong smelling products in my baby.

  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?

When choosing a baby product making sure there aren't any harsh chemicals is important but also really high on my list after safety is value for money. I'd much rather spend a little bit more for a quality product that will last rather than spend small amounts frequently.

  1. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?

The shampoo and baby oil are definitely effective in helping dry skin as evidenced on the dry patches on my baby.

The nappy ointment is so thick and really effective as a barrier due to this.

  1. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?

I trust this range of baby products because the ingredients list is minimal and natural so I'm not worried about him having any bad reactions. The shampoo has a no tears sticker on it which also we can vouch for - I hate having an angry shampoo bath moment but he's not bothered when I wash it out of his hair and I don't have to be overly careful about washing it out.

  1. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?

I would definitely buy these products in future. I love the subtle scent and my baby really seemed to agree with it. Although he had some nappy rash before the trial and it didn't help, we have used the nappy ointment in the past before and it is an excellent barrier. It is so thick and creamy and we only need to use a really tiny amount to cover his whole nappy area. We will absolutely be continuing to use this whole range in future.

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them?
Loved the bath wash, felt it came out of the bottle a bit fast so ended up using too much product in one go, perhaps a pump would be better? But I loved the smell and feel of it on my baby's skin. A little goes a long way and it seems very natural. The diaper ointment was ok, it didn't make much of a difference to my child's skin. The baby oil was lovely, not too greasy and kept my child's skin soft all day. Do you think your child’s skin condition improved? No, I'd say it's the same as before but I like the idea of only using natural products on my child.
  1. What is that you liked the most about the Burt’s Bees Baby products?
The smell is divine.
  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product? No nasty ingredients, price, whether it's a reputable brand.

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?
The shampoo/body wash was lovely, I managed to wash all three of my children's hair with no issues. They have curly hair and the shampoo left it lovely and soft. I did find the smell was quite overpowering when using, but it left a nice after scent. The body oil was gorgeous, left their skin really soft and smooth and it seemed to last for a while, their skin was still nice and soft the next morning. The nappy cream was amazing, quickly cleared up nappy rash and is the only cream that my son doesn't react to (skin so sensitive he reacts to sudocream.)

  1. What do you think about the performance of these 3 products now that you have tried them? Do you think your child’s skin condition improved?
  • We've absolutely adored the shampoo and body wash. It smells yummy and is so gentle on my daughter's skin.
  • The diaper/nappy cream is a fantastic barrier cream - and worked a treat clearing up her nappy rash. We've struggled to find a nappy cream that actually works for longer than a couple of uses, and the Burt's Bees one has been consistently brilliant.
  • The baby oil makes my baby's skin so so soft - and it also smells delicious!

They are so gentle on my babies skin. They also smell incredible - especially the baby oil.

  1. What is important to you when choosing a baby product?

Yes! Because the range is made with natural, plant-based products.

  1. Do you trust the Burt’s Bees Baby range for use on your baby? Why?

  1. Would you consider buying Burt’s Bees Baby products in the future?

Definitely! I've been really impressed with the three products we've tried. They're a little more expensive than what we'd normally spend on baby products, however, they've lasted wonderfully because they're such brilliant quality - you only need a small amount per use.

I use the products myself and it's a company known to me.

I think the price point is high compared to competition. The instructions are strange. The shampoo says pour a few capfuls onto hand, cloth or into water?? It's not bubble bath. It is very, very runny. Whilst it does lather when directly in hair i did try poring it in the water and you certainly couldn't wash her hair with that. It wouldn't last a week using a few capfuls.

Same with cream. It says apply liberally. Usually they say use tiny amount.

I think info re usage could benefit from some work, comparing it to others.

Packaging could also be looked at. Cream in particular a lot of plastic, difficult to get out by about half way compared to a pot.

Overall would probably buy if on offer.

The three products have been really well received here! The baby oil has been a favourite in our family for a while and we love adding it to the bath to keep my sons skin nice and soft. The Shampoo and Body wash smells lovely and has not irritated his skin. The nappy ointment is very think and such a little amount goes a long way!

The fact they are so gentle on my babies eczema-prone skin! They seem to last a very long time too which is important to keep costs down.

  1. Do you think the Burt’s Bees Baby range is gentle and effective? Why?

Yes. My sons eczema was not exacerbated by this product so I think it is very gentle. He has had a stomach bug and his bum has been very sore. I can’t say that the nappy ointment has made it any better but he is poorly. My husband is a big fan of it because you need such a tiny amount and it goes such a long way. It will last a long time!

This is a brand I would definitely trust! The products are gentle and effectively and smell lovely!

I would definitely buy the oil and the nappy ointment. I’m not sure about the shampoo and body wash as you need quite a lot to get a good lather (but this is comparative to the other products which seem to go a lot further).
