  1. Easy to use after a shower, I just put it on in the shower before I got out. After a bath, I found I was half dry before I got around to using it, but still got a good effect. Would be easier to use in a pump or aerosol bottle.
  1. Noticeably softer from the first use. Slight stickiness. After seeing how thin textured it was, I was pleasantly surprised how effective it was.
  1. Initially really liked the scent and it lasted overnight. But found the smell less pleasant and more overpowering as it faded.
  1. Might purchase this again. Would be good for gym bag; would definitely recommend it for use after post workout shower.
SmilingButClueless · 07/07/2017 06:50

1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use? Very quick and easy, once I worked out how to get the right amount of the product out of the tube. Because it's quite thin it comes out quickly, so the first time I used it I ended up putting far too much on, which meant that it didn't absorb as quickly.
2. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product? When I used the right amount, my skin felt softer and smoother, similar to the effects of using a facial moisturiser. When I put too much on, it gave my skin a somewhat oily feel.
3. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin? Lasted a couple of hours, but I didn't really like the scent. It smelt a bit clinical to me - but I never buy products with the "classic" Sanctuary scent, so perhaps that's why I didn't like this scent.
4. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it? I would consider buying it if it came in a different scent - I wouldn't buy this particular one again as I wasn't keen on the scent and didn't feel it made enough difference to my skin to put up with a scent I didn't really like. I would recommend it to people who liked the scent, though.

Thanks for including me in the product test.

  1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use?

I found it really easy to use and super quick. It absorbed really quickly and took seconds to apply, yet still felt really luxurious

  1. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product?

My skin was noticeably softer and smoother, especially after a few days use.

  1. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin?

I wasn't that keen on the scent. I remember a few years ago sanctuary did a gift box in pink packaging and this was incredible but I've never been able to find it since. The scent lasted and wasn't too overpowering but I would prefer something lighter - perhaps citrus or coconut based.

  1. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it?

Yes I definitely would, as a single parent of a baby, moisturing was a luxury that's gone out of the window, however this was quick and easy but still felt pampering. I'd just love some different scents!

Eyre89 · 07/07/2017 07:37
  1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use?

Really easy to use and absorbed super fast. Agree a pump bottle would be a good idea. Easy to use too much.

  1. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product?

It did feel softer and smoother after one use. And there has been a noticeable improvement.

  1. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin? I wouldn't say I loved the scent but I don't hate it either. I'd prefer a more natural scent. It lasted fairly well.
  1. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it? I would purchase again when on promotion and stock up. The scent and maybe a pump bottle would be the only things I'd change. But neither are massive issues.

Thank you for selecting me.

  1. It was very quick and easy to use. The first couple of days the hardest thing was remembering to use the moisturiser as it was so ingrained in me to towel off as soon as I stepped out of the shower! But when I remembered to use it, it was simple and very fast to get full coverage.
  1. My skin felt very smooth and soft, it was lovely.
  1. I really like the scent. It's very similar to other sanctuary spa products I've used before.
  1. Yes I would buy again. This product makes it easy to moisturise every day, rather than occasionally as a "treat"
Tigger83 · 07/07/2017 08:51
  1. It is very easy to use but did feel like I was using more than normal to get the same result.
  2. Skin felt ok, don't think it perfectly moisturised my drier areas e.g. My shins but as a general it worked well. Did find the more I used it the better moisturised my drier areas got.
  3. I found the scent overpowering and would like something fresher, feels a bit old fashioned.
  4. Yes I would use it again but think I'd have to use another as well. I would recommend it.
NutellaLawson · 07/07/2017 08:52
  1. It was so easy to use. I prefer this method to the usual method with other body lotions. This way I could put it on me faster and while still in the shower stall. It didn't leave me covered in smeary gloop that takes ages to soak in. I love this 'while still were method. It feels like just part of your shower instead of an extra step.
  1. My skin did feel softer and smoother. I tend to give up on body lotions because of the faff and the feeling of it on my skin. This one soaked straight in.
  1. I like the scent of sanctuary spa but I also like variety so a range of different scents would be nice. It lasted but was subtle.
  1. Definitely worth buying again. I'm not a fan of body lotion but this changed my mind. So much easier and much nicer texture on my skin.
RestingBitchFaceKeepsYouYoung · 07/07/2017 10:12
  1. Very quick and easy to use. Less than a minute for arms, legs, chest and shoulders. 2. Definitely improved skin softness, particularly on arms and legs where I'm prone to dryness. 3. I was already a fan of the scent as it's one of the few I can tolerate. It was subtle but lasted all day, even in the heat. 4. I would consider buying it but only on an offer. As PP mentioned, it is a little too runny and doesn't go very far. I did like it though.
Bumbumtaloo · 07/07/2017 10:23
  1. Very easy to put into wet skin.
  2. Made my skin super soft. DH used it after shaving and said it made his face lovely and soft too.
  3. I didn't like the scent, and found that it lasted ages.
  4. Yes would 100% recommend but I'm unsure if I would buy again because of the scent.

I also have my mum one of the small testers, she has sever psoriasis (I do but a lot less than my mum) and she said it didn't irritate her skin which a lot of moisturiser can.

Bumbumtaloo · 07/07/2017 10:26

Ugh typos sorry.

BlackbirdSingsInTheDeadOfNight · 07/07/2017 10:26
  1. It was very easy to use and nice and quick, melting into my skin almost instantly. However - because it melted in so quickly - I used far more than I would with a normal moisturiser, so I could see supplies vanishing rather rapidly!
  1. Very soft and smooth, in fact the first time I used it I did a 'test' by putting it on one leg but not the other. Even 12 hours later my unmoisturised leg felt drier and rougher than my moisturised leg.
  1. I do like the scent but it vanished very quickly, it would be nice if it stuck around a bit longer.
  1. I don't normally buy body moisturiser, but would definitely buy this ahead of the usual sort because I really like that it melts into wet skin so quickly. I've given my DM (aged 70, with very dry, very sensitive skin) one of the smaller tubes and she loves it, mainly using it as a handcream. My colleagues at work have been asking about it too. I'll definitely recommend it as it saves the hassle of rubbing normal moisturiser into dry skin and then having that slightly sticky feeling! Thanks for letting me test this product.
FrogsSpawnofSanta · 07/07/2017 10:43
  1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use?

Very quick and easy to use. I take it into the shower with me and just slap it on as soon as I switch the shower off. It literally takes seconds. What I find though is that it works better if you pat dry rather than rub. It is quite a thin lotion and I did feel I used quite a lot of the product.

  1. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product?

Given that I am bad for not moisturising there was a definite improvement. I'd probably still use a traditional moisturiser from time to time but I can have dry skin on my legs. It is one of those things that you think can't work, that you are just rubbing it off with the towel but I definitely felt a difference in my skin after use. It felt softer and not so dry.

My skin didn't feel greasy after use and I didn't have the rubbing in forever before I can get dressed routine of more traditional moisturisers.

  1. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin?

The scent is ok but not a great buying point for me. I would prefer a range of scents or something more citrusy. The scent lasted reasonably well on my skin and was not overwhelming.

  1. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it?

I would recommend it and buy it again depending on the price of it. It did what it said it would and I liked it overall.

For someone who is always too busy/ rushing in the mornings to moisturise after my shower , yes I found it a great product.

cather · 07/07/2017 11:36
  1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use?
It was very easy to use and incredibly quick.
  1. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product?
Really soft, my legs are normally quite dry but I can see an improvement already.
  1. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin?
I liked the scent, it wasn't overpowering and it lasted well on my skin
  1. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it?
I already buy Sanctuary products so will continue to buy this and have already recommended it to friends
Umpteenthnamechange · 07/07/2017 11:37

Just to add about needing to use lots and running out shockingly quickly

christmaseasterbunny · 07/07/2017 14:39

Was so pleased to have been chosen to test the moisturiser .

  1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use?
The cream was really quick and easy to use - just had shower , and put cream on before drying myself - so much easier than drying off and then using moisturiser and having to wait for it to dry before getting ready .
  1. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product?
My skin felt really soft and well moisturised. I was a bit concerned that drying myself with a towel would remove the cream , but it soaks in really quickly , and my skin stayed soft even after using a towel .
  1. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin?
I love the scent - it smells really luxurious !! It lasted for ages on my skin.
  1. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it?
I will definitely be buying more !!! And will be recommending it to everyone - saves so much time !
Asoiaf · 07/07/2017 14:44

Thank you for the opportunity to test this product. Onto the questions!

  1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use?

Very quick and easy to use, I was pleased that I just needed to apply after showering before drying as it saves a lot of time and you're basically moisturised and ready to go once you've left the bathroom. I don't normally use moisturiser as i am usually in a rush and forget to apply Any, but this way I have easily built moisturising into my shower routine. Perfect! I liked the way it absorbed into my skin clear and light unlike normal moisturisers. I liked the bottle it came in and could control how much to apply.

  1. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product?

Skin feels softer and smoother especially my arms. I feel 'hydrated' in a way I didn't before.

  1. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin?

The scent is all right but could be better more desirable imho I prefer my perfume and body wash scents which are stronger and perhaps overpower the sanctuary scent as I haven't really noticed it on my skin later on in the day.

  1. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend

Yes absolutely would recommend and I will be using the product beyond trial expiry date as it fits with my lifestyle and clearly benefits my skin!

Ditsy79 · 07/07/2017 15:27
  1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use?
Very quick and easy to use, although I had to consciously stop myself from drying myself before I put it on. Much quicker to use than normal body lotion.
  1. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product?
Softer than with no body lotion, perhaps not as soft as with normal body lotion - however it definitely doesn't feel sticky, which is a bonus.
  1. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin?
The scent lasts pretty much all day, and I love the smell.
  1. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it?
I don't think I would purchase it, as I don't like the feeling of applying it to wet skin. It makes me feel not properly clean after I have had a shower (although that is probably more psychological than reality!).
babster · 07/07/2017 16:20
  1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use?
Very quick and easy. I keep it in the shower to remind me to use it, as often forget to moisturise and then end up with lizard shins. It's quite runny, so don't squeeze too hard. The first time I used it, I was afraid it would just wipe off on the towel, but it works!
  1. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product?
Very soft and smooth. I was impressed.
  1. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin?
I like the scent, which lasted for a while but not overpoweringly so. Normally I choose coconut or vanilla fragrances.
  1. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it?
I would buy it again, but would prefer a range of fragrances. Thank you for the unexpected minis - I gave them to my dds so they have no excuse to pinch my tube :)
Thecatsmother17 · 07/07/2017 16:54

Another tester here:
1 - It was pretty quick and easy to use. Though it felt strange getting out of the shower without rinsing it off. I use a towelling robe rather than a towel after a shower and sort of air dry a bit underneath it and I did feel a bit slimey until I properly dryed off.

2- My skin felt soft and smooth but long term I'm not sure that it would be enough for my dry skin.

3 - The scent is the classic Sanctuary scent. I would have prefered something more grapefruit based or even vanilla based. I couldn't smell it on my skin after about an hour though.

4 - I wouldn't buy this again as I need something more moisturising. I may potentially buy it as a gift though.

Nightfall1983 · 07/07/2017 17:42

Hmm, I seem to have missed the email for this - can someone link to the survey please?

  1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use? *Super quick and easy - could hardly be easier!"
  2. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product?
Skin felt fine, I can't honestly say I noticed any difference but I am not someone who generally moisturises and my skin isn't usually dry. None-the-less I've reached an age where I feel like a should moisturise regularly and this is a painless way of doing that
  1. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin? I was a little sad when I realised that it was scented, I thought I'd prefer an unscented cream, however it is a very gentle, fresh and pleasant scent and I quickly got used to it. I don't feel it lasts more than a couple of hours but I don't mind that.
  2. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it? *Yes to both, depending on the price I might purchase it regularly. I would definitely recommend it to people who don't usually bother have time to moisturise.

As an aside I have used a similar product in the past which you use after a shower but still rinse off. I liked that product but found that rinsing it off was an extra hassle and it seemed to leave the bath/shower tray very slippery and messy - I prefer this one. With this product I do find that some ends up on the towel but not a huge amount and the towel doesn't seem scummy afterwards

Nightfall1983 · 07/07/2017 17:43

Multiple bold fail - sorry

Kentnurse2015 · 07/07/2017 19:32
  1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use?
Very easy to use but I did feel like I used a lot in one go. The consistency is quite thin. I was pleasantly surprised how well it soaked in though. I thought it would take ages but it was really quick!
  1. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product?
I've been using it for a week now. I haven't noticed massive improvements but I certainly don't have any particular dry skin.
  1. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin?
I do like the Sanctuary scent so I liked this product for that. It seemed to last pretty well.
  1. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it?
I would certainly use it a lot over the summer and would recommend it to friends who have very little free time like me! I'm not sure I will use it in the winter though. Our bathroom Is often freezing so the thought of standing there soaking wet while I moisturise doesn't appeal!
Kittyclaws · 07/07/2017 19:40
  1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use?
It was really quick & easy to use. Felt odd to put on wet skin but it soaked in properly with no residual stickiness.
  1. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product?
It felt soft & smooth but not overwhelmingly so. It's not a lasting feeling - for example I used it after I showered at 7am. By 3pm my skin felt 'normal' and not silky smooth like it did at 8am. Could be my skin though.
  1. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin?
Not a fan of the scent and while strongly scented to begin with it wore off after a few hours. Weirdly it reminded me of a mixture of Sudocrem & the smell pots at a tourist attraction I used to work at (they made the place smell more dungeon-y)
  1. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it?
I wouldn't purchase again. I really wanted to love this product as I am lazy about moisturizing after showering. I can also see from the ad at the bottom of this thread that it is £5, so wouldn't even impulse buy. Sorry Sanctuary!
Petitcanard · 07/07/2017 20:29

I've really enjoyed my first opportunity to test a new product and I think I've been lucky to try out this moisturiser. I've tried it out over the last week or so and I've been pretty impressed.

I've found it the easiest moisturiser to include in my daily routine. It's much less time-consuming than a typical moisturiser and not messy at all. A quick application post-shower and that's it. It's not as thick as regular moisturisers so I find That it absorbs really easily and I haven't found that it's caused any problems by transferring onto my towels either.

I'm always a bit dubious of self-proclaimed "miracle" products so I was expecting to be a bit disappointed... but it really works. My skin feels softer and smoother, and because it's so easy to apply, I feel that I've reached all the bits I usually miss! Like I said, I'm impressed.

The product has quite a delicate scent but seems to have lasted fairly well throughout the day. I was quite surprised by this because I use quite a strong-scented shower gel (mint & tea tree) but the moisturiser seems to sit quite delicately on my skin.

I would love this product to become a regular feature in my bathroom. I haven't found any negatives when using it and would absolutely recommend it to others. I passed on the extra trial sample to friend and she loves it too!

Thank you for the opportunity to put it to the test!

Sairelou · 07/07/2017 20:53

Thank you for letting me test this, MN and Sanctuary. I'm absolutely awful at looking after my skin and this product has given me the kick up the backside to do something about my scaly limbs!

  1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use?
Very easy. I wasn't expecting the consistency to be so runny though. The first time I used it I used too much and felt a bit like an oil slick! Once I got the hang of it the lotion was applied and then towelled off within about 2mins.
  1. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product?
So soft Smile my driest parts are my elbows, knees and ankles but there has been a vast improvement.
  1. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin?
Unfortunately no. I'm more of a fan of vanilla or citrus smells so this was too perfumed for me. It lasted a little while but it seems like most of the fragrance went when I towelled off.
  1. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it?
If the scent was changed then I would definitely buy it. Yes I would recommend it.
