This is the feedback thread for the 250 Mumsnetters who have been testing new Sanctuary Spa product Wet Skin Moisture Miracle.

1 Really easy to use but did end up with some one the shower screen as it's quite runny plus it is expensive in comparison to how long it lasts
2 Skin didn't really feel much smoother so unsure
3 Lovely smell but didn't last that long
But nice to apply in the shower before going to the gym
4 Not sure if I would buy it again however it a least made me moisturise as so easy to use

1. It retakes a bit of getting used to, applying to soaking wet skin, and my instinct is to want to 'air dry' afterwards rather than towel off, but it does seem to work! I haven't noticed any residue on my towels.

I have minimal time to shower in the mornings as I have a baby and a toddler wanting my attention and it takes just seconds longer to slather this on at the end of a shower, very easy!

1. My skin isn't particularly dry at this time of year but it did feel noticeably softer and smoother after use.

1. I really like the Sanctuary scent -it's got a 'posh spa' smell I really like. My skin still smells very mildly fragranced after about 8 hrs (just gave it a sniff!)

1. I'd buy it again - someone mentioned there's a special offer in Boots so I will be stocking up!

1. I found it really quick and easy to use. I'm normally too lazy to moisturise but doing it in the shower was great!

1. I am very lazy when it comes to moisturising my body, and I've used this every day for a week. It's so quick to use, adds only a minute or so onto my morning routine.

2. I have terribly dry skin, and I definitely noticed an improvement after a week of use. Much softer and smoother, especially on my shins and arms. I'd like it if there was a slightly richer formula for dryer skin, as I'm pretty sure that would be my holy grail body moisturiser!

3. The scent was lovely, not too overpowering and really sumptuous. It did last on my skin, not the entire day, but for a good few hours.

4. Absolutely would purchase again, without a doubt. Although please please please make a richer version for really dry skin! I have recommended to my mum, she tried the mini bottle and loved it as well. Excellent product!

I found it very quick and easy to use. It's easy to remember to do it too as soon as you are out of the shower.

1. How quick and/or east was sanctuary spa Skin Moisture Miracle to use? Very quick to moisturise all over just after turning shower off. Easy to use as it is a fairly thin lotion and so goes on quickly too.
2. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product? Skin was noticeably softer and smoother after first use.
3. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin? I do like the scent, it's subtle but doesn't last all day.
4. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it? I would definitely recommend this product, and buy again, really like it, so easy to use, I now have time to moisturise!! Would be great if the product had some sort of spf sun protection factor in it too, or am I asking a little too much there?! :)

1 found it really easy to use. Need to moisturise regularly but often run out of time. This is ideal for saving time.
2 my skin felt noticeably softer (however may have been the same if I thought to moisturise every time!)
3 didn't really notice the scent, but I tend to like Sanctuary products so was inoffensive to me. Did feel like my skin benefitted so am looking to continue to use.

Gave the miniatures to 2 friends, they also liked the product and found it easy to use and remember to do.

I love the ease of this product - slap it on whilst still in the shower and then towel off.

I felt it soaked in quite well and it has left my skin feeling lovely and soft.

I love the smell - it does last for a couple of hours but it isn't noticeable by the end of the day!

I would (and will!) buy this product

1. This was great to use. I kept it in the shower so I could just apply it immediately.
2. Yes my skin felt softer especially if exfoliated first.
3. Loved the scent but then I always like the sanctuary scent.
4. Yes I would recommend to a friend and use it again,

I have to agree as it's quite runny, a pump dispenser might be better.

Received mine today!!!!! Picked up from depot with DS, spent rest of trip singing 'lucky lucky mummy!' smells delicious, roll on shower time.

Really quick and easy. The lotion is quite thin so I found myself slapping loads on, it was hard to know how much to use. It dries quickly so didn't slow me down in my morning routine - shower, moisturise, towel dry, dress, race round like an Olympic sprinter....

1. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product?

Feels lovely for a few hours after use.

in the interests of testing the product I used lots on one leg and only a little on the other to see if there was a difference - and yes at first especially I could feel a difference. by the end of the day it wasn't obvious which leg I had moisturised properly. The initial moisturising effect gave me the confidence to get my legs out in the sun.

1. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin?

It is strong at first so I didn't use the product on my torso. I'm breast feeding and didn't want to scare my baby off! The scent settles to a reasonably pleasant smell. But initially the scent was quite powerful.

Yes!

Yes it's a nice idea for busy people.

Super easy. I've always not bothered with the moisturisers after drying as I can't be bothered but this is literally like slapping on water and so easily absorbed

I have always loved the sanctuary scent and it's lovely. I've sniffed my arms a fair few times!

So easy it took less than 20 seconds to do whole body.

Very soft and smooth. Not as moisturising on drier areas as I hoped it would be, but maybe I need to use more product.

Yes I think so, because of ease of use, nice smell and quite moisturising properties.

1- really quick and easy, I was a bit dubious about how it would work without drying myself first but it seems to absorb quickly and I haven't noticed it getting onto my towel.
2 - very soft and smooth - lovely!
3 - I love the Sanctuary scent and often buy other Sanctuary products. The scent is quite strong at first and lasted well, I could still smell it at the end of the day if I sniffed my skin!
4 - yes, I'll certainly buy it again and will recommend it too.

1. Very easy to use. Straight out of the shower, slap it on and walk around a bit to drip dry.

1. Made my skin very smooth, especially my sun damaged arms. Also, my daughter used it (thanks for the smaller samples). She gets eczema behind her legs from the majority of moisturisers, but pleasingly this one didn't aggravate it at all.

1. Pleasant scent, but didn't last very long. A couple of hours maybe?

1. I will be buying this and will also recommend. It's excellent.

1. Very easy to use. Just rub it on before you dry. Simple as that.
2. Skin felt lovely - and none of the waiting for lotion to soak in before you can get dressed without your clothes sticking to you! Win!
3. Smell is lovely, but didn't think it lasted all day. However, a lot of scented moisturisers don't last that long anyway.
4. I would recommend simply for ease of use, especially after shaving my legs as they're usually really itchy after but they weren't with this!

1. I thought it was very easy to use - quite a bit quicker than using a regular body lotion because with that I have to spend the time getting completely dry, not just mostly dry, before applying, whereas with this putting it on before drying means I don't have to take time getting scrupulously dry before I get dressed, iyswim. As other reviewers have said, it is more runny than regular lotions so spreads out more easily, but will probably get used up quicker.
2. I can definitely feel the difference, my skin feels as soft as if I had used a regular lotion on top of my moisturising body wash. My feet especially feel softer and my husband has noticed that the skin on my arms, shoulders, etc is softer too.
3. The first time I used it I did not like the scent. I was getting over a migraine and really struggle with strong smells during those times. It is quite strong. Since then I have found the scent more enjoyable (not my favourite though as I tend to go for more spicy or citrusy and less floral) and have definitely noticed it lasts a long time. Sadly for me this is not a plus - I use body lotion partly to help my perfume last for longer without disappearing into my skin, and with this lotion I didn't feel I could wear perfume as it would have conflicted with the fragrance in the lotion. Ideally I'd be looking for an unfragranced product if I were to continue using it.
4. As I've said I would not buy the product again because of the scent - however I'd be very keen if an unfragranced version were brought out, as the ease of use and the skin-softening benefits are great. I would definitely recommend it to other people and I already have people in mind to give the small samples to!

Hi I tested this. It is brilliant!

So easy. It feels counterintuitive to towel off your moisturiser, but you are left with moisturised skin that lasts for ages, but was not so damp that you couldn't get dressed immediately afterwards which has put me off using other moisturisers.

Skin felt soft and smooth with a slight sheen with looked lovely.

Well I already loved the Sanctuary scentI would say that it lasted all day, certainly while I was at work.

I have already purchased two more. In fact, I bought them after I used this for the first time.

The only way I could think of to improve this would be if you could bring out a self-tanning version.

It was very quick and easy to use and I love the scent. I didn't think the scent lasts though.
I wouldn't say my skin felt as moisturised as if I had used a 'normal' lotion but definitely more moisturised than using nothing.
Would I buy it? It depends on the retail price. To be honest, if it was over £5, which it probably is, I don't think I would; but under a fiver I would.

An additional pleasing comment is that this didn't bring my skin out in a rash when I used it after shaving which is a real plus.

The scent was too strong for me. It overpowered the shower gel I had just used, and competed with perfume.

I don't usually use body lotion, as I hate feeling sticky. This is light, easy and effective. My skin is honestly smooth and soft after just 4 days use. It's a mini heatwave here, but I'm not sticky.

I really liked this product. It is perfect for me.

1. Very quick and easy to use. I have an extremely busy life, and never enough time, so moisturising my body just never happened. However, this product sits next to my shower gel, and I just put it on in seconds after switching shower off, whilst still wet. Glides on very easily. Another thing that makes it quick is that there is no waiting for any sticky residue to go away. After towelling I can get dressed immediately.
2. My skin felt very smooth and soft. I don't have very dry skin, so I'm not sure how rich it would be if you were very dry, but for my levels it's perfect and has definitely made a difference.
3. I've always liked the Sanctuary smell. However, I did find it smelled a bit odd with certain shower gels, such as my citrus one. They clashed. I imagine it would be lovely used after Sanctuary body wash.
4. I would definitely buy the product again and recommend it. I'm very pleased to have found a way to so easily introduce body moisturising to my routine, because at 49 it's about time. I will be buying this for sure.

1. How quick and/or easy was Santuary Spa Wet Skin Moisture Miracle to use? I am absolutely useless at any kind of skin care routine as I hate the feeling of stickiness after moisturising but I am totally converted. It takes me about a minute to use at the end of the two minute shower I usually manage alone before some small person starts banging on the shower door. I loved how quickly it was absorbed that I really could just towel dry straight after using.
2. How soft or smooth did your skin feel after using the product? I noticed a real difference from the first time I used it. My usually scaly legs are lovely and soft and the lumpy bits on the backs of my arms are gone. Im on holiday at the minute and it's lovely to use after a day in and out of the pool and getting ready of an evening.
3. Do you like the Sanctuary scent? Did you think it lasted on your skin? I do like the scent but my preference would be for something more citrussy. As soon as I smelt it though I knew it was sanctuary so it is very true to the brand scent.
4. Would you purchase the product again? Would you recommend it? I would definitely purchase it and have already recommended to a few friends. If you made an unscented version or a men's version I can guarantee DH would have swiped it already!
