So, mumsnet, did we ever get a response from Flora regarding the missing vouchers?

I'm not the only one who never received their voucher following the initial thread. Really diappointed with the response from MN "we'll find out and get back to you" leading to no response, and even more disappointed thet Flora CBA to even apologose for what seems to be a bit of a PR cock up on their behalf.

If I were their PR company, I would be sending out tokens, vouchers, money offs. But, they obviously don't give a shit.

Ah well, won't be adding Flora to my shopping basket any time soon Angry

Apologies that we can't do much right now but we will speak with the folks dealing with this on Monday - it could well be all in hand but we didn't want you to go all weekend thinking that we aren't concerned.
