We're looking for 16 Mumsnetters to put the Tassimo T20 coffee machine to the test. Those selected will be sent the Tassimo T20 coffee machine (RRP £99.99) plus 2 packs of T DISCS to ensure you get your caffeine fix throughout the trial . Testers will be required to try the product out over the course of one week and add their feedback to a thread on Mumsnet and also add a review to the MN reviews area here.

QOD .....where will you buy future pods and what are you going to buy?

Ds wants the milka hot choc.

I have already bought pods and am looking online for milka hit choc as morrisons don't sell it. Tassimo online has loads of stuff.

Gone for costa latte mainly, yo can buy tea but I wouldn't waste it n tea I you know what I mean!!

Okaaaay, I appear to be a marketing mans dream. Already stocked up in morrisons on espresso pods and now just ordered ( with discount) twenty quids worth of pods

Right, having now had three cups of Tassimo's Costa coffee and three Suchard hot chocolates (jeez, the thing was only delivered yesterday!) here is my review. I think I'm also supposed to stick this in product reviews, so will do so.

How does it look: 6/10. Not bad. It's doesn't look very "premium" in my opinion. It's a good neat size though, fits easily into my very small kitchen.

How does it work: 8/10. Very very easy...I didn't read the manual, I never do, it's a coffee machine, not a space shuttle dashboard. It's obvious and intuitive to use.

How does the coffee taste: 4/10. Sorry, but really not so good. Don't know if this is the Costa pod or the way the Tassimo makes it, but it's not great at all, definitely les nice than the cafetiere coffee I make with Sainsburys beans!

How does the chocolate taste: 4/10. Again, just not great. The flavour was weak and even worse it had a kind of plasticy taste. I threw the first one away because I thought maybe I'd made it wrong / new machine or whatever but they all tasted like that.

Anything else: the pods are quite bulky, the machine is very quick (less than a minute to make a drink), it's not noisy, the drinks are a decent temperature (not piping hot, but ready to drink).

Handmini.......did you do the wash through before you made the drinks?

Supposed to do it 4 times!

Yes, I did the wash through four times (was being slightly flippant when I said I didn't read the instructions....)

Nerf - I made them up myself, freestyle!

How do you mix the coffee pods and latte pods - maybe I'll try that.

Also, the hot choc tasted plasticy but the coffee didn't, so I don't think it's an issue with the machine, I think it's the product.

I have also been buying on the Tassimo site, this could become expensive here also! Still loving the coffee though and about to enjoy a hot choc to go with my marking :)

Sorry, I will go away and stop posting in a minute, but I just made another hot chocolate (am nothing if not tenacious) and looked at the pod afterwards and there was loads if bloody chocolate left in it. Not happy.

You put the coffee thru, use a proper mug, then put in a latte pod and it makes a full cup.

I don't think the choc tastes great but loving the coffee Handmini. It's the product I agree.

Which chocolate are you using? Just ordered the milka stuff and also the mixed collection pack? And the caramel latte. And the intense espresso. Sigh.

Caramel latte sounds like my kind of thing. I've got the Suchard chocolate.
