The folks at Aveda would like 30 Mumsnetters to try out the Invati haircare range. Here's what Aveda say about the product: "Some of the most powerful technologies exist in nature. With the Densiplex complex we found a botanically sourced solution for visibly thinning hair that harnesses the power of turmeric and ginseng, for thicker-fuller looking hair."

If you are selected you'll receive the Invati haircare range including Invati Exfoliating Shampoo (RRP £19.50), Invati Thickening Conditioner (RRP £21.50) and Invati Scalp Revitalizer (RRP £43.00). You'll then need to try out the 3-step system of products over the course of 8 weeks and add your feedback to a thread on Mumsnet.

This product test is open to all UK Mumsnetters who have fine or thinning hair or hair that falls out a lot.

Everyone who is selected and adds their feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will receive a hamper of the Stress-Fix Bodycare range worth £77.

If you'd like to try out the Invati haircare range, please sign up here

Thanks and good luck!

BabylonPI · 06/09/2012 21:35

Just going to check spam and trash before I order a wig just in case Wink

GurlwiththeFrothyGoldMedal · 06/09/2012 21:36

I was lucky to be chosen too - thanks!

BabylonPI · 06/09/2012 21:37

Dear MNHQ either my email is broken or you forgot to send me an email or I just didn't get chosen

My poorly hair Sad

Frontpaw · 06/09/2012 22:23

I suspect Aveda just wasn't up to the job of sorting out my hair and am childish enough to boycott their products. Thrrrrrrrrrrrrrrp to them!

pickofthepops · 06/09/2012 22:25

Oh bum. Was hoping would get some. Oh well. Will buy some iron tablets instead Grin

Frontpaw · 06/09/2012 22:28

Then again, there is no way on Gods green earth that I'd spend over £40 of shampoo and conditioner, so maybe I'm lucky not to get drawn in...

WilfSell · 06/09/2012 22:36

Booo. Yes, anyhow, lots of detailed reviews please, starting with what it says on the tin?

WilfSell · 06/09/2012 22:45

Jeez louise that stuff is expensive! 85 quid for the 3 separate items! Shock

It would have to make me a cup of tea in the morning as well as sorting the hair for that price, and I'm not averse to a ridiculously overpriced cosmetic.

I need solid, proper evidence that it works before shelling out that much...

Frontpaw · 06/09/2012 22:47

Regain. Sigh.

TheHappyCamper · 07/09/2012 07:00

Oh, I wasn't picked either Sad. Not sure I'd spend that much either (even if it did mke me a cuppa!)

OhBuggerandArse · 07/09/2012 11:46

I never get picked. Well, I did once for nappy cream, but that wasn't really for me .

Is it becos I is - erm - a bit rude of name?

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 10/09/2012 22:28

Hurray - I'm in! Will let you know how I get on. It's horribly expensive but having used some Avedo stuff in the past it a) tends to be pretty good and b) lasts quite a long time: I swear by their handcream, for example.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 10/09/2012 22:29

Avedo? Doh.

sparklystar · 11/09/2012 09:42

Yay recieved my product to test this morning, here's to beautiful hair :)

AWimbaWay · 11/09/2012 11:08

Got mine today too, let's hope they actually work, they certainly smell good!

LovingBeingAMummy · 11/09/2012 13:32

yippeeeeee I didn't receive an email (may have deleted by accident) and am so happy as just got ina and there is a lovely present for me!
Double surprise. Off to try products.

GurlwiththeFrothyCurl · 11/09/2012 14:21

Which thread should we add the feedback to?

AWimbaWay · 11/09/2012 14:56

I'm hoping we'll be notified in a few weeks time GurlwiththeFrothyCurl. Have spritzed my scalp with the revitalizing spray and now it's all warm and tingly, and I smell nice but rather strong!

KatieBMumsnet · 11/09/2012 15:16

Hi GurlwiththeFrothyCurl you need to try the products over the next 8 weeks and I'll send you a link to the feedback thread after this time.

Enjoy the products Smile
