We have yet another lovely product test for you - we've been asked by Mattel, the makers of Hot Wheels, to find 20 Mumsnetters to give their new concept a spin.

For more information please click here

We're looking for testers with at least one child aged 4+ who is interested in Hot Wheels. All testers need to be in the UK.

If you're selected to be a tester, you'll be sent the Hot Wheels Wall Tracks starter set - worth £30. All we ask is that your child tries it and you add both your own and your childs feedback to a thread on Mumsnet. We'd also like you to send in a photo of the track once assembled and we'll use these photos on the MN-Hot Wheels page linked to above.

If you are selected, then the Wall Tracks sets will be sent out within the next 2 weeks and we'd like you to add feedback at least twice.

Everyone who is part of the product test and who adds at least 2 lots of feedback and who emails in a photo will be entered into a prize draw to win a £150 Amazon voucher.

If you'd like to sign up please add your details here

Please note, to use this toy, you will need to have some area of 'free' wall, where the wall is smooth (no artex type effect) and no wallpaper

Best of luck
MNHQ

My DS adores this! It arrived on Saturday which was great timing as it kept him entertained for hours while his sister was at a party. We ended up having to stick it to a wardrobe because we have some dodgy interesting decor inherited from previous house owners, which it didn't stick to.
You need more space than I thought! but it works well where it is now.
In a lot of ways it's easier to see and enjoy than the floor based ones - the loop the loop is fun and all the points that you can change are fun to play around with. DS has assembled his jenga set at the bottom of the last hill so the cars who knock down the most blocks win! He has also attached it to some of his other hotwheels sets. Great fun! [must dig out instructions on how to report back to Mattel on this!]

I've found it difficult to get a good photo of it because the DC block it when they are standing in front of it playing. I will get DH to take a side on one with his fancy camera this weekend. All three of mine love it!

Do you want a pic of a child with the track?

If you can....they are going up on the pages on Mumsnet though so from the back is fine if you prefer. Or no child. It's up to you!

well ours came this morning and I have set it up and got some nice pics of ds2 and ds3 playing with it.
unfortunately ds3 has repeatedly yanked it off the wall and so now it has been taken down.
I will put it up again later, maybe on a door as someone else has done as I think it'll stick better than on our walls perhaps.

I found the instructions really poor. Had to make it by looking at the pic on the box, but it didn't take too long and ds2 (who is almost 4) absolutely loves it

Is there only a specific sort of HotWheels car that will work on the track? We are new to toy cars and I have bought DS1 two single HotWheels from the supermarket and neither of them work on the track. One goes through the gaps and one gets stuck. Thats a lot bit annoying. One car isn't enough for 3 DC. It should come with two really. Not that I'm ungrateful or owt.
