Walkers is looking for Mumsnetters to try their Sunbites and give their feedback on MN. Here's what Walkers says about Sunbites:

"Sunbites is a wholegrain crispy snack, that blends natural flavours with 3 different types of wholegrain, giving you a light and crispy texture. The 5 tasty flavours have been selected to complement the wholegrain base, with absolutely no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives being added. Last but not least Sunbites have 30% less fat than regular crisps."

For more information about the product, including flavours, nutritional and allergy information, please click here.

Testers will be sent 5 packs of Sunbites (one of each flavour) and a flyer containing product information and a link to the Sunbites Facebook page where you can win an additional free bag (you don't have to take them up on this offer to be eligible to take part in the product test!). All you need to do is try all of the flavours when they arrive (by 5th September) and then add your feedback to a thread on MN. Everyone who takes part and adds their feedback to the thread will be entered into a prize draw where the winner will get a £250 high street voucher.

This product test is open to all UK Mumsnetters and we're looking for as many testers as possible - if you'd like to take part, please sign up here.

Thanks
MNHQ

salt 'n' Vinegar in a green packet

walkers you nobbers

stickylittlefingers · 19/08/2011 21:55

I agree, I gave the DDs a lecture on the Correct Colour Coding of Crisps. They think I'm a mad old codger.

Tortington · 19/08/2011 22:06

no you're nod mad, not mad at all. we need to reclaim our crisps. i don't know what walkers are on - i think they epecfted others to follow suit - but nay i tell thee, cheapo crisp are blue for snv and green for cno

stickylittlefingers · 19/08/2011 22:08

exactly - I feel passionately about it because snv is my favourite flavour and cno is my least favourite. I risk eating the wrong sort of crisp. Not a risk anyone should have to take, imo. Should we take to the streets?

Tortington · 19/08/2011 22:13

i dont think people get a real understanding.

i mean chocoholics get all the kudos - but us crisp afficionados get nada. AND ITS NOT ON

becuase lets face it. what actual knob buys one bag of crisp? You have to buy two becuse there simply isn't enough in one.

so in actual fact you risk buying two of the wrong sort

and wow are crisp expensive! is there a fecking tater famine or something?

stickylittlefingers · 19/08/2011 22:22

Two packets of cno crisps would be a tragedy in my young life.

It's especially hard if you are stuck in a cost-of-crisps-in-1987 rut. I thought 15p was a fine price, just fine.

RockStockAndTwoOpenBottles · 20/08/2011 00:13

....done, and hopeful!

MrsKitty · 20/08/2011 00:38

SpareRoomSleeper · 20/08/2011 02:27

Done! Yummy yummy! Any type, flavour will do here; crisps glorious crisps Grin

ripstheirthroatoutliveupstairs · 20/08/2011 07:56

I am a crisp expert. I identified 8 different flavours in a pub quiz once.

brambleschooks · 20/08/2011 08:54

Yes please.
My ds is diabetic and crisps are a good snack as the oil helps keep him steady. It used to be his ambition to be a taster in a crisp factory!

clingingtosanity · 20/08/2011 09:02

Done! Mmm crispy crispy crispies Grin

MonsterBookOfTysons · 20/08/2011 13:17

Done, is this a definate yes then as they want loads of people NewGirlHelen as I have been let down with the last 3 product tests and am now getting desperate to be needed for something Grin Wink

TheInvisiblePenguin · 20/08/2011 21:00

why did they make snv green. cno is def. more of a green visual than blue, and snv is def more blue than green.

Guaparesaca · 21/08/2011 08:03

Survey complete, I am curious as have tried the sour cream/black pepper ones, they were lovely, have yet to see any of the other flavours on sale.

gorionine · 21/08/2011 09:53

Done!

GottaLottaSecrets · 21/08/2011 16:53

quick question

is it 5 single packets of crisps? or 5 multipacks of crisps?
