Do you ever infiltrate internet message boards incognito-like? If so which ones? Have you ever 'outed' yourself and no-one believed you?

Are there too many television channels now and which do you think will leave our screens over the next few years? And, related to that, is the amount of crap spewed through our screens into our living rooms directly proportional to the number of channels doing the spewing?

In short, should we go back to the days of BBCs One, Two and ITV?

And does Lorne Spicer make you as angry as she makes me? Did you laugh when you found out she'd been declared bankrupt, after the shocking Money Spinners/Car Booty/Let's Find The Crap You've Squirrelled Away For Years And Flog It To Unsuspecting Punters Whilst Shouting In A Pissed-off Fashion crap spewing for which she was responsible?

And do you think our appetite for programmes showing rummaging about in people's lofts for "treasure" and the resulting auction/car boot sale has been quite bloody well sated thank you very much and the commissioners ought to stop being so bloody lazy and actually make a good programme or three to fill that "sickie/dole" slot after Jezza Kyle hangs up his patronising face and before Angela Lansbury or Dick Van Dyke come to show us how to solve murders?

AND can you make a programme looking at the shocking practices of formula manufacturers, please?

Hello Charlie (although I feel I should address you as Mr Brooker as I gave that title to our other recent webchat guest, cough cough, and respect your judgement considerably more than his).

I would like to know if it's difficult to maintain such a level of ire at the world - do you do any special exercises to maintain your indignation at boiling pitch, and do you ever worry about the effect on your health?

Or are you able to turn your rage on and off for your columns and are secretly extremely laid back in your personal life?

PS The Jan Moir column was genius.

I know I'm not supposed to ask two questions, but I would very much like to hear your opinion of new channel Viva's 'Pants off dance off' programme.

I haven't actually seen it as I was busy picking my jaw off the floor after seeing the trailer.

My only thought on it is that they should have employed someone with an RP accent to think up the title.

David Cameron told us yesterday that he thinks the BBC is "very overextended" and the licence fee "high". When the worst happens and he becomes prime minister next year, what kind of damage do you think he is likely to inflict on the BBC for the sake of Murdoch and his other pals in commercial broadcasting? Anyway, my question is, what's the next big thing in tv? We've had a few years of reality tv, with real people put in odd situations, like Big Brother and Wife Swap, which are now both cancelled. Then we got the whole talent show thing, like Strictly, the ice one and X Factor, but they're both reaching a peak and are about to get a bit crap. What do you reckon will be next on the horizon?
