Can someone fill me in on what all the different mum net abbreviations mean? OP and DC etc etc

At the top of the page, where it says 'TALK', there is a downwards pointing arrow in a circle.
Click on that and one of the options that drops down is the acronyms list.

OP = either 'Opening Post' (ie, the first one, at the top of the trhead), or is sometimes used for 'Opening post er'

DC is ''Dear Child' or 'Dear Children' (have also heard it said it is 'darling' - however, all it means is 'I haven't got time to type out the word 'children' ') Smile
