I'm new to mums net and I don't know how to use it properly so I would like to find out how I can delete a previous thread that I posted few months ago. Tried a few things but does not work. Thanks a lot.

You cant . You need to report the thread to mumsnet hq or email them and ask them to do so. They may or may not agree.

You can't delete a thread yourself. You need to email MNHQ and ask them to delete it for you, which they might agree to do.
