playgroups earls court

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows a good playgroup in the area around Earle court leading down to Chelsea & Westminster hospital? My son is 2 and a half and he really needs to go to a Playgroup. Afternoons are preferabale since I have a baby. I know there used to be one that goes on almost every day of the week in the afternoons but I just can't remember it's name! Please help.
