Mumsnet webchats

WEBCHAT GUIDELINES: 1. One question per member plus one follow-up. 2. Keep your question brief. 3. Don't moan if your question doesn't get answered. 4. Do be civil/polite. 5. If one topic or question threatens to overwhelm the webchat, MNHQ will usually ask for people to stop repeating the same question or point.

Someone from M&S on please!

Following this thread could you see if anyone from M&S fancies a webchat?
We must be one of the most important sectors for them. middle aged grown women often buying for themselves, children, partners and parents. And in the majority of cases we want to love them but can't.

G'wan.

Brilliant idea. I'd love to do more of my shopping in M&S but their children's wear is just so awful. I'm sure Mumsnet could sort them out.

Please ask them why their website hasn't been working properly for the last two weeks - I've tried several times, got as far as checkout, entered my gift card codes, then get a message saying the website is currently being improved. How long does it take to improve I!?
