Just back from taking DS (5) to see The Gruffalo. It was very good & only an hour long, so no time to get bored.

Only 3 actors (mouse, fox/owl/snake, storyteller/ Gruffalo) but very well done.
Highly recommended !!

We were right at the front & it was funny though, as the Gruffalo reminded me of Phil Mitchell Grin

We saw it too at the Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham, in May last year, DD was 2y9m. I think the theatre group were called Tall Stories, we all loved it(DD, me & DH).

Looks like the same theatre company as the we saw. Looks like different actors though. The guy who played the Gruffalo in the version we saw looked nothing like either of the Mitchell brothers.
