I have an ex and we have a child together . Court order states when he sees his child but he stopped contact after 7 months of court order and has not seen the child for 8 months and now want to take me back to court to see his child . What’s the worst will happen if I just don’t turn up . Sick of the judge giving this guy access the judge has no idea what’s best for my child .
