Hi, I have a recipe for a lime&coconut cake. It calls for dried coconut milk powder which I was struggling to find. Finally found some in Tesco but costs £4! Anyone know if I could substitute for coconut milk, which is so much cheaper? Thank you!

can you post the recipe? It might be easier to suggest so ething if I can see what its doing in your recipe?
