Awwwwwwww Trips - have I told you lately that I love you? Have I told you there's no one else above you? You fill my heart with laughter...........I am all over the place. Just got a few old neighbours added me on Facebook...you know, the kind of neighbours whose hearts are in the right places but dont realise that my Matty has been gone for 18 years. I am so chuffed to bits that they remember him but sooooo pissing sad that he isin't here!! Also, one or two of them remember Gareth....Oh my word 28 years since I last saw his beautiful face...BUT my old neighbours remember our little man....a real up and down kind of day...a sad and happy day xxxx

Its cold, windy and wet here - a little bit like the rest of the SUMMER has been.

I am seriously thinking about turning the central heating on.

Just googled the weeks weather forecast for Rhodes... the extended forecast is temperatures around 90 - 100degrees and no cooler than 80 degrees. ROFL - I will be moaning that Im too hot next week

we are going 'up north' tomorrow then I will also be complaining about the cold

trust me Shabs, you will melt. I have been in the pool just now and it felt like a bath, was no relief whatsoever. Phewwww, think it might be beer time! (note, we are two hours ahead..)

Just spent 30 mins marooned in my garden shed, terrific storm, hail, thunder everything! I am oout tonight, thats twice this week, very popular with DH:o

Lew is running round the house playing Hide and Seek with his 'Undunk (uncle) Matt.' Haven't the heart to stop him. He keeps going in the hall and doing his best to count to ten then shouting 'Uming eddy or not Undunk Matt.' Sad but very, very funny!

And I don't mean to freak you out but I've looked at the weather report for Lancs and in the next 3 days there is a picture of a yellow circle with blue behind it - but I won't say it out loud, just in case.

I am in your neck of the woods today - my SIL is having a craft fair in Levenshulme so me and DSis are going to surprise her. Well, actually, DH is making me go - apparently I have been grumpy this week and need a day off.

Am now considering being grumpy every week.......

Good afternoon ladies, what a day y/day, flash floods, lightening, thunder, hail, roads erupted, police everywhere, very glad I live on a hill! Raining again today, what happened to summer? Just plucking up courage to go to mothers this afternoon

I kid you not Trips - since St. Swithins Day we haven't had one day of sunshine...it has been cold, windy and chucking it down. Everybody here is sick to the back teeth of it. Good luck at your Mums xxx
