Just realised hadn't announced our new arrival
Early hours of Tues morning (16th) in the end! Once my waters broke, after 4 days of pre-labour, it was all over in under 2 hrs!!!! Managed my natural birth and couldn't believe it when an 8lb13 baby boy popped out, who then went on to have 4 boob-fulls of colostrom immediately! (a sign of things to come!) Tore quite badly and had an amazing out-of-body experience whilst high on gas and air whilst they sewed me up! Then had 3 nights of manic cluster feeding so really had a week with no sleep whatsoever. All settled down now and he's managing to go 2-3 hrs between feeds now to give my poor nipples a break! Haven't got a name yet (still) as been too knackered to decide between us.
